Dr. Azgar Abdul Rasheed, we are so thankful to him. We met him in a very bad condition for our child treatment and her medical condition is rare also. He guided us in right way for her treatment. As parents, we had lots of doubt about her physical condition and he cleared it very kindly.

B? ? (dietician) had not only adviced what was good or bad for her health. As a wellwisher she was there for each and every situation. Whenever she talked to me, she says that my prayers are there for your child and family and by God's grace we had overcome it. I wish you had great future.

?? , I am so thankful to her and all the nursing staffs. She treated my daughter as her own. Now also, after her review in Coimbatore she makes sure that how is she now and about her present status. One thing I have noticed that she was so kindful to each and every patient and their bystanders, and in that time it is so needful.

Including front office we are thankful to each and everyone that helped us.

My journey started when I had to consult Dr. Lumiya Malik for a gynecological checkup. During the consultation I casually asked her about a small lump in my left breast which I noticed before two weeks. I was having some uneasy feelings on my left hand and increased tiredness during recent times. She suggested me for a mammogram and the result showed a possibility of breast cancer. That was the time when my world went upside down. But Dr. Lumiya stood by my side and consoled me that I have come to the right place. She referred me to surgeon Dr. Firoz Khan for detailed tests and examinations. He referred me to Dr. Abdul Shahid in medical oncology. There were a series of tests including biopsy and finally I was diagnosed with Carcinoma Breast (stage 2).
I still clearly remember the day I met Dr. Abdul Shahid. He explained me about my conditions and the possible treatment methods. He was very comforting and was straight forward at the same time. But I was in panic and I did not understand anything he told me. But slowly he made me understand everything. He treated me like a family member. He listened to all our minute doubts and very patiently explained us everything. My treatment was then planned to start with an 8-cycle chemotherapy which will take 5 months. My chemo sessions started on 17th December 2022. Those 5 months were the most challenging days of my life, both physically and mentally…… Unbearable pain, sleepless nights, not able to eat anything, extreme mood swings…. And the list goes on. Every chemo session was made comfortable by the care of the nurses. “the angels” … In the chemo ward.
It was Mrs. Archana, the counsellor in oncology, who gave me strength to face every chemo session. She was always there with me from beginning till the end of my treatment. Whenever I was feeling low, she stood by my side and gave me confidence. I can never forget her words - “Doctor has told you that there is treatment for your condition. That is the most important part of cancer treatment. ”
The dieticians- Vinitha and Sandra- They were always there to keep my health ready for every chemo. They were the backbone of my health.
My chemo sessions ended on 6th May 2023. Then my surgery (BCS) was done on 24th May 2023 by Dr. Firoz Khan. On the surgery table, when I was stressed out, he hold my hands and gave me strength.
I was referred to Dr. Dhanasekharan for radiation therapy. He explained about the plan of treatment and all the possible side effects. Thus, I underwent 20 radiation sessions. Finally on 6th July 2023 I had my last radiation, thereby ending my 7-month long cancer treatment.
My entire family is grateful to you all for being there for me during the toughest time of my life. I am highly thankful to entire KIMS. May God bless all of you……

My name is R. Rajakunasekaran, an ex-serviceman from the Indian Army. I am now cancer-free, and I would like to take this opportunity to write a few words about KIMS Cancer Center, where I was treated from January 2023.

I am truly grateful to this center for the care and support they provided me during my treatment. I felt like I was in my own home, and the doctors, nurses, and staff were all so caring and compassionate. They treated me like a family member, and I will never forget their kindness.

I am especially grateful to my doctor, Dr. ARUN V, for his expert care and guidance. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and he gave me the confidence that I needed to fight my cancer. I am also grateful to the cancer center reception staff's and nurse's on the 9th floor, who were always there to support me, both physically and emotionally. Also PET SCAN CENTER STAFF'S SPECIALLY Mr Vishnu (Till now I didn't physically meet him, only tele conversation with him, really he is answering me at off duty too)

I am so lucky to have been treated at KIMS Cancer Center. They are a truly world-class facility, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is facing a cancer diagnosis.

I am E Mony aged 70, from Nagercoil, Tamilnadu. I am undergoing chemotherapy under the great care of Dr. Arun V, Medical Oncologist at KIMS, hospital Trivandrum since Dec 22. When I was admitted for the same, I was just crying and it was Dr. Arun and his staff consoled and encouraged me. My special thanks to all of them, specially madam R Archana, Psychologist, Mr. Suresh and all staff of Chemo ward. The entire staff are very courteous caring and having great concern towards patients. My entire family join me in thanking one and all. I am almost fully cured. I thank the cardio Dept too. My best wishes to KIMS to serve the people and add more and more Laurels to their credit. Thanks with regards.

Iam writing this review late my dad who was admitted in kims on November and he almost had 3 months treatment and doctors jayaprakash Madavan and Divya made him feel better and Dietician Binitha Krishnan she used to treat My Dad not as a patient he used to treat him as her own dad and the way she took care was unimaginable thanks to all who supported in our tough days

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Abdul Shahid and his team for taking care of me. Ms. Archana (psychologist) helped me to ease my mind by clearing all the doubts and chaos. All the staffs especially the housekeeping members are very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the hospital's food. Just feeling pity on them on providing a 'mess' even after charging a huge sum in the name of food.

A wonderful facility with the best in cancer detection and treatment. Thanks to Vishnu from Nuclear Medicine and Molecular imaging for helping us with PET scans and imaging and making the experience a swift and smooth one.

Diagnosis and treatment of departments are excellent, Radiology Department, Dr. Grace Shirly madam, and the service of others remarkably dietician Binitha madam is exceptionably good

I can share my personal experience with cancer centre so far as my mother is still continuing her treatment. All started off with a call with Jayalekshmi who was so helpful and prompt and introduced to a wonderful person Archana. My conerns were quickly noted by her as I was living abroad and she not only assured but lived up to every point she confirmed.she kept regular touch at times post her regular hours when I needed and my mother was so comfortable with the experience as she ensured the care was received as she worked with her lovely team members Anju and few others whom I may not know their names! My sincere thanks to D r Jayaprakash Madhanan and his wonderful team who are taking care of my mothers treatment and I wish and pray she gets cured and wishing Kims all the best to keep up the great work!

When the cancer test positive result of my wife fell on me like a bombshell two months ago, the first name that flashed through my mind was Kims. My friend also suggested Kims as he had an experience of having treated there. Now out from Kims safely after a surgery (with only two days hospitalisation) and 15 days radiation and when I look back, I wonder how my wife survived the trauma so quickly and effortlessly. Surely.it was the care
and advanced treatment at Kims that helped the patient overcome the most difficult situation in life. Doctors, nurses, insurance staff and several others - all were most caring and helpful and we are indebted to all of them. Words fail to express our gratitude to Dr Bharat, Dr Rajitha. Dr. Grace and Archana who was with us from day one and who also gave us the necessary courage and emotional strength. KIMS is certainly a hospital I can recommend with confidence.

Kims Trivandrum, Kerala is so far the best Cancer Care Hospital. From Doctors to the Contract Staffs, Nursing Staffs, Security Staffs and other attenders are outstanding in their own field. The Doctors - Jayanand Sunil (Oncology Surgeon), Amritha Rao (Oncoplastic Surgeon) Rajitha L (Medical Oncology), Dhanasekaran VK (Radiation Oncology), Manish Kumar Yadav (Radiology), Tissa (Dietician), Archana (Psychology), Arunima (Physiotherapy) are exceptional and so friendly which reduces overall anxiety and stress levels during the treatment.

The Nursing Staff - Sheeja, Vincy, Siddharth, Divya, Aneesha, Saranya, Viji, Jerna, Sandhya Rani, Vinitha Vincent, Sona, Shajitha, Lekshmi, Ancy, Asha Antony, Sanju, Febilin, Lincy, Suja Kumari, Anoop, Thomas, Nandhana, KIMS East Floor 3 Nursing Staffs and numerous other nursing staffs deserve much praise and accolades for their hard-work, excellence and care. Its only their expertise which the need of picc-line was never needed. Their supervisor Suresh is so experienced and exceptional who manages a team of nursing staff, which we never ever feel like a patient during treatment, but a feeling of being at True Home.

The Security Staff - Binu, Sundaran, Thambi are so friendly and marshals together with other team members at ease and care. The Pharmacy Staffs and Customer Service Staffs including Smitha along with other team members are so good and plans / reminds us on our payment / insurance, well in advance to avoid last minute rush.

Last but not the least, Reshmi (COO), is doing commendable performance and is a true leader who transformed KCC Operations to International Standards. A special praise for all Admin Staffs, Lab Technicians, Engineering, F&B, Drivers and Staffs. Special Thanks to Dr. Sahadulla (MD), Shri. Najeeb and other visionary leaders who brought up this facility for the Cancer Care which is truly a bliss. May God bless them All.

My father was admitted with stage 3 lung cancer, he is given that much care from staffs that words are not sufficient to say.

I was with my mom when she got admitted in KIMS Cancer Centre this July 2022. Overall we had a pleasant experience during the entire stay. I like the way they care a patient from admission till discharge. They have a clear policy and procedure how to keep customer happy and they have implemented it in an extraordinary way. Their coordination and communication between departments need to be appreciated. My mom was admitted in 10th floor and was treated by Dr. B Jayanad Sunil. I thank and appreciate him for showing humbleness and patience during each visit. Sorry I forgot all your names, but I wanted to thank all the nurses, physiotherapist, dietitian and all the housekeeping and kitchen staffs. Since my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, she needs to be treated in a positive environment so that she does not become mentally exhausted and emotionally drained. Happily It's here. Moreover, the misconception that cancer treatment in this hospital is a huge expense has changed. The hospital staff's treatment of patients and their companions is commendable.

As I'm still in an ongoing treatment, the entire hospital sattire which I'm experiencing is not limited in words not only the doctors but the whole group is giving the comfort and pampering as a mother can give

Yes, KIMS CANCER CENTER is a better one. The people of Kerala have some more head weight while they are in Kerala/they have a job in Kerala. But KCC is an exception to that. They're definitely having humanity and deserve a good clap from the hearts of us. Wish Dr. Sahadulla sab- the great visionary- and Dr. Abdul shahid and his team all the best. Gone to kims cancer center in Jun 2015 from TVM med colg with my father who was diagnosed with 'sino-nasal carcinoma' stage III.
We were in zero hope due to the conclusions given by Dr.s at Med college. Consulted Dr. Grace Shirley, who had given us a ray of hope and provided the best available treatment without any delay. Radiotherapy and chemo lasted for approx 2months and we got our dad back to life. We believe God has brought us to his angel Dr. Grace Shirley for my dad's second life. Dad was diagnosed with cancer again in 2021 but again Dr. Grace's treatment brought him to life.

My family is very thankful to Dr. Grace. Her extra ordinary care and knowledge brings many patients back to life from cancer.
The radiotherapy team at kims cancer centre deserves special appreciation for their care and attention with smiling face towards each and every cancer patient.
