Tariff was very high and room bed cover doesn't replace properly. Need customer side point of view focus.

Lesser talked about the better despite the automated lift well wishes“Have a Nice day”…I bet you will never have one …stained floors and dusty ones/ bed sheets and beds and bugs uncomfortable pillows no water bottles in room no hot water for shower …there is nothing good about this …including the unmanned reception 24*7…I think we got to rechristen the name to The Paupers fort …carry very unpleasant memories

Was easy to locate. Had ample parking space. Staff at the reception was courteous. Room was neat, though floor tiles had stains/ were faded. Lift was not working so had to climb two floors. Only a towel was provided in the room. No toiletries. (May give soap if asked for). One bottle of water was complimentary. Cleanliness in the common areas such as corridors was really poor. Could see food waste in plastc covers kept in the corners. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Overall, will say value for money. If you want to just sleep a night on a budget near Tripunithura, this place is a good option.

New building, proximity to town. But hairs all over in the bed sheet. Fan regulator works only in 5th speed. Ac remote battery was dead. Maintenance quality is big 0, must improve.

Best place if you need to stay urgently, don't expect anything else, good place to stay for night, AC room available at reasonable rate.

The hotel is at a prime location. Rooms are decent. But the service could be better. No restaurant nearby

They will not provide complementary soap or tooth paste etc. The liquid soap bottle in the toilet was not working. Also not found any restaurant facility.

Booked through online. When I reached to the destination with family, they said no rooms available. Very poor experience! Cheated!

No daily cleaning, no water bottle, bad service, very worst room boys, please don't book room here.

Rooms are very clean but there were few things made me disappoint, they don't provide any services except parking & AC once you book the room. No drinking water, No face towels, No Toilet soaps will be provided. They just give you access key once you rush to reception area but staff available at reception is super cool.

Rooms are okay for the price. Room is spacious and most of the basic facilities are there. The bathroom had a fowl smell which was the only con i faced. Property is located in the busy market area of Thripunithura. There is also small parking space. Staffs are friendly.

Normal rooms to have a decent stay. Hygiene and cleanliness needs to improve; especially of the toilet

Very bad customer service. I booked through OYO application and confirmed the booking, however when I called to the hotel they insulted me. Very bad service. Dont book this hotel.

Extraordinary rooms but located some what out of the city. Chottanikkar and Hill palace museums are very nearer. Car parking is there but for buses we have to park in private parking.

When I reached there they were saying no rooms are availabke and they were suggesting another hotel nearby.
The OYO app was showing rooms are still available.
Finally I have topay the price of a double room to get a single room.

May be the best in the town with affordable rate. Either AC or non AC, neat and clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff and front desk. Good for both families and groups

Very nice stay, pleasant condition, Staffs are very co-operative, Good rooms, Good sanitizing and cleaning and attractive behaviour of staffs. I will give 5 star for this hotel and special thanks to Administative teams and Mr Devaraj too.

Wow.what a place to stay.if you are a frequent traveller or in a family trip.this is the place to be in.excellent service by Mr. Devaraj.manager of the hotel. LG parking gives a huge relief.in short I made this my personal favourite hotel when travelling to Ernakulam. Happy to do this review.

Stay was good if you are looking for a budget room to stay in tripunithura with clean amenities this is the place to be in

My family had a very pleasant stay in Kings Fort Rooms. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The food was exotic and delicious, the service was very prompt, the whole staff exuded a feeling of warmth and courtesy. It was a home away from home.

The rooms are pretty good and well maintained with nice ambience. Staffs are friendly and the service is excellent.

A hotel nearby Tripunithura Railway Station and Bus Stand. So an easily accessible one with clean air conditioned rooms. Safe and secured one.

The manager (Vincent) was very abusive in his language and very poor in Customer Relationship Management. He does not know to talk at all. Our family ended up in vacating the place much before the time despite paying the charges applicable, and it was due to this man alone. Not sure if he really knows what business ethics is!
The staff also did not bother to clean the room after we left out for some while and when we returned it was still in the same state as before. We were there for a family function and we definitely did not want to end our day like this.especially the way he behaved with elders is just not tolerable.
Can someone from OYO ensure this is taken up seriously?

Extremely arrogant staff, ill-mannered and cheap behaviour specificaly the old man who is managing the hotel! I hope no one has to go through this kind of treatment! No decency nor respect for age and undignified behavour towards elderly women and children! All this for just for having a few visitors!

Cheap hotel and uncultured staff with no manners, Absolute a-holes run the place! Would not recommend. Not worth your money! Just go somewhere else.

Hotel in terms of facilities and cleanliness is really good and the receptionist acknowledges promptly for any request we have asked so far. Main problem is with the property manager (Vincent-Old Man) who has very little sense on how he should be speaking to customers. Very rude totally arrogant. Wonder why the actual owners have actually kept a pathetic person in such a good property! If you are a single women please stay away from this place, high possibility you might be thrown out of hotel, just for the sake of making money by old man.

Old man at the reception does not know even to talk to peoole. Totally unprofessional, does not even know how to speak to elderly people. Spoilt our memorable day. Would not recommend this place. Does not know how to treat customers!

Good hotel, bad attitude of the hotel Manager who has poor sense of customer service and irritates senior citizens. He talks about his grey hair is not about age but about experience? Don't understand of what use is an experience which puts off customers coming to a otherwise good property and pity the owners who have invested heavily and handed it over to a arrogant in charge.
Sad state of affairs and gross mismanagement.

Worst place to stay if you want to have a peaceful stay, the manager is a rude and talks very indecently to women he has no manners where he barges into rooms where women stay and has no human values to elderly people. If your a lady or a senior citizens it's best not to go here as your safety and honour will be at stake because of the manager / managment.and thetmanager did notnallow usuto remove somesof our personal items which qewhad left behind in the room and checked out by mistake.although they have clean rooms. Most rooms seem to be occupied by antisocial elements. Please make sure you are safe. Also they don't have water heater or heating facilities. And some fans don't work.

Irrespective, on a trip unpleasant experiences and unsafe places and losing personal item are not what we want.

The staff was the worst. The hotel had such bad standards of hospitality that I'd suggest this hotel to everyone I hate. The receptionist 10D was the worst thing in the hotel. Very rude behaviour and attitude towards the guests. Need to replace him if you need business. The receptionist shouted at elderly people and threatened to kick them out. How pathetic can this guy be? Please fire him. You deserve better ratings if it wasn't for the hostile staff.

Decent hotel, We had booked 23 rooms for a function happening nearby. The hotel manager an old man has an issue with people from other states and does not know the meaning of hospitality and how to treat guests who have come to his state. All we got is harassment and insults, his behaviour towards elderly people and women is really pathetic. Oyo is equally useless in providing any resolution for situations like this. Not worth staying here just because of the staffs behaviour.

Very rude property manager, disturbs women in the room by knocking the door every now and then, had a worst time staying here. Man at the reception needs some schooling on manners & how to behave with people!

Neat and clean rooms at best price. Service of the staff was good. As they have lot of rooms its good for large groups

The caretaker/manager was extremely abusive and did not know how to speak when there are elderly people. Even after multiple attempts to make him understand that he is being rude to us/his customers (mostly elders) he still ignored our requests and kept on with his verbal abuses. This was the most unpleasant experience with such a manager from OYO associated hotels. Please instruct and educate your hotel caretaker/manager on how to talk with customers.

Kindly note there is nothing against the hotel as the hospitality and reception were very good. Just the manager's ability and capability needs to be reviewed.

Had worst time staying here even though property was good with all facilities. Man at the reception is a complete psychopath. Our family members were harassed to leave the premises even after complete payment was made. Would not recommend this place for any family!
