I tried this place after seeing a regular crowd in front of it. The ambiance on the first floor was good. Food takes forever to be served and the quality was not up to the mark.
Even a simple "chapathi" is not heated before being served and was cold. The chilly chicken ordered had too much food colour. The place was a bit crowded when I was there but still it is not an excuse for food served cold. I did share my concern with the manager and I definitely will visit again to see whether they have changed

The ambience is really very nice. The food was really good. There is no vehicle parking area here, you should park your vehicle road side. Verity type of tea and snacks available in here the snacks was too cold.
