I had the pleasure of dining at Marriott during my recent stay, and it was an absolute gastronomic delight! From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a special experience.

The ambiance at Marriott is enchanting. The decor is elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends, this restaurant sets the perfect mood.

Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish I tried was a culinary masterpiece. The menu boasts a diverse range of options, from local specialties to international favorites.

It turned out to be a fantastic night spent with my loved ones, complete with a superb selection of spreads, salads, and desserts that were simply flawless.

The hotel staff was great. Particularly the ground floor restaurant staff for the morning buffet. Chef Boobalan was amazing! He made me a delicious natural papaya jam that I enjoyed greatly with my breakfast. Thanks to him and the staff that made my stay special.

Compared to western hotels, this hotel meets all standards and expectations. The shower worked very nicely and the breakfast had a very large and adequate selection. The location is excellent and is very close to the LuLu Mall for dining and Metro station. Also not too far from the airport and exploring Kochi or outside destinations. Hotel has excellent hospitality and service. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. All our requests were answered in a timely manner.

We visited Marriott for a family get together with our 15 days old new born in an assumption that all amenities would be in place. Rather there is no feeding room at all which is the worst part here. We took our new born all the way up to our Guest's room just for feeding. Management should take this into consideration to handle these basic amenities in future.

Hygienic and comfortable stay.the hotel staff and chefs are amazing.the breakfast buffet is deliciously weight gaining. Overall lovely stay but the only downside is the hotel is connected to a mall which brings loads of traffic during evenings and weekends.

We came her for buffet lunch on a Wednesday.

The lunch menu was pathetic.
There were two chicken variety and one beef. The taste was horrible and worst than a normal hotel.
Main course consisted on one variety type.
Overall we will expect such a bad variety and poor taste from a star hotel like this where they are charging a good amount for buffet.
Please think twice before you go to this place.

Kochi Marriott Hotel is located near to Edappally Bypass on the side of Ernakulam Alwaye Bus Route. Marriott Hotel provides facility for arranging marriage and other functions. Recently I attended a marriage function there and found that there is much delay in supplying different food items to the participants. Since it is an international hotel, serving of food items in marriage functions should be done before becoming the supply pot empty. Here we noticed much waiting for the participants to get certain food items like appam, cooked Rice, etc.

It's the Marriott. Always wanted to try their food. I loved the decor. Really good service. The buffet line is pretty large. Would fill up your plate if you take spoon of everything. Great spread of options. The service was excellent. Will definitely recommend to others for dinner.

Good place for a buffet lunch. Negative point is that food is arranged in different areas and have to really spend time to explore and find all items. Very high chance of missing many items.

Such a wonderful place it was! Beside the great Lulu International Mall at Edappally Kochi, Marriot Hotel absolutely shines at the heart of the Smart City. I visited there as part of a meetup organised by Xiaomi India. The hotel is clean, lots of greenery and refreshing atmosphere. Staffs are well behaved, hospitality was astounding and the food served was delicious. The large banquet area is one of the main attractions of the hotel. I will definitely visit the place again in the future if I get another chance. God bless!

Marriott Cochin is well maintained and all the staffs are friendly. Rooms are maintained with atmost hygiene and class standards. Room services were very attentive and responded within minutes of certain requests. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place where you can have peaceful day spent luxurious with your family, great atmosphere here make us feel relaxed, only one thing I suggest is to have sheild over car park

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Where do I start. I guess a little bit of background about my family and I. We are a family of 3 with our 4 year old child. We arrived from Australia and checked in at about 1AM. Thank you to Abhijith, Rinku and all the staff at the front desk who were very professional and made the check-in a breeze so early in the morning. I would say it took about 2-3mins in total to complete the process. We were then guided to our room (Deluxe) and got a quick walk through on the features of the room.

Kochi Marriott is located in the same property as Lulu shopping mall and the hotel provides a free buggy to and from the hotel but you can also walk if you wish as it only takes about 3mins. This close proximity to the shopping centre is a god send as you don't have to navigate the traffic to do some shopping. Another advantage is that Lulu shopping mall also has direct access to the Metro train from inside the shopping centre.

Now back to our room, which was furnished with contemporary style furniture and the fit and finish of the room could not be faulted. The bathroom was very modern consisting of a double shower with frameless glass doors and engineered stone surrounds. We had a beautiful view of the city and we could just make out the pool below (we were on 20th floor). My wife could not stop commenting on how clean the room was when we first arrived and everyday since, thank you Sabir (Housekeeping).

We ate the majority of our meals from hotel's Kochi Kitchen (Lobby Level). The food here is the jewel in the crown of Kochi Marriott, we were blown away everyday we stayed here WOW! Even if you don't stay at the Marriott you MUST go to Kochi Kitchen to have one of the best culinary experiences during your stay in the city. We would like to especially thank Sherin, Jay, and Rahul and the whole team in the kitchen for making the delicious food, you guys are amazing at what you do. The staff at the restaurant, Vinu, Sujith, Geoffrey, Jeffin, Dipthi, Ananthakrishnan and the rest of the team thank you for making our dining a wonderful experience and it was lovely getting to know you all.

To the management at Kochi Marriott, your highly skilled and professional staff are the heart and soul of your hotel, they as a team have raised the bar and in turn set the standard to which all other 5 star hotels in Kochi will struggle to match.

I was there to attend a wedding reception. This is in a very crowded area and hence seldom visited by locals. The approach could be improved a lot. However the hotel reception entrance and parking along with the availablity of valet parking is great.
The hall is good and well designed with great acoustics.
The staff are good.
This place is commonly used for accommodating pilots and air hostess. But in my opinion it doesn't live up to its name. I'm overall disappointed.
Many close friends of mine staying here also have a substandard opinion.
The crown plaza and Ramada Inn are better in this aspect.

Fantastic place, the hotel location is excellent they provide a shuttle service for Lulu market.

Kochi Marriott Hotel is located inside Lulu Mall, Edapally. It is one of the most luxurious and expensive properties in Kochi, if not in Kerala.

The infrastructure is awesome. The materials used are best in quality and the works show good skills of the workers employed in construction. The event I had attended was in the Daimond hall and I felt that it was a tad bit smaller and congested for a hotel that boasts of luxuries. Like wise their dining area was too congested. One would end up hitting on another one during the feast.

The food is excellent and I would sure suggest that to anyone who wants to experience that here.

It is situated near to Lulu Mall on NH17, edappally. The service was awesome, we will feel special through out the day. I went there to participate in a meeting and the reception made by the employees was great. I hope to visit there more often

Very unprofessional friont desk staff. Is it daily wage Bengali labourers? ! "money will be fleeced out if you are lazy. We had a very bitter experience.recently.

Th best hotel I have stayed in my life. The staff are really well atitude towards the guest. The executiv lounges food area are well maintained. The room are neat and clean. In total and wonderful hotel.

Went for a family lunch on a weekend, the food spread was very good and the dessert section was just yum

The best hotel there and the mall next to it and paragon restaurant there so nice and PVR Cinema also. So no need to go away from the area
