A well placed heritage home by the Menachil river. Serene atmosphere, spacious rooms, traditional architecture. Ideal place to spend time away from the madding crowd with your family

The rooms are good and well maintained. However the entrance to the resort is very difficult as it is a narrow and stingy path through a garage which takes away the first impression about this resort.
This is the only one thing that is very disappointing and inconvenient about this place.

Very nice and warm place.very spacious. Good relaxing ambience. Approach is narrow. Large master bed room with dressing area and large bathroom. Two more bed room. Totally three bedroom, two upstairs, one down. One large hall on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area. Space in the front and back. Lovely water body flowing in the front where one can sit in the verandah and watch. On the whole nice place to stay when as a family outing.

This place is beautiful! The house is well maintained and overlooks a lake.
It is also located in the town, which makes it easy to commute to the places around Kottayam.
The Cost per day is slightly on the higher side, however it definitely worth the stay.
Owing to the space within the house, the house can be shared with many members.
It's a great place for a weekend getaway.

It's a good place to hangout! Nice view of the river (meenachil) flowing in front. The place is not that good though. Nothing out there to see even. It's near to kottayam town. The hospitality is also good.
