Very bad staff behaviour from staff and previous function waste also not cleaned.

Very bad experience.caught a snake under chair.dirty atmosphere.staff behaviour also very bad.if u wanna celebrate your marriage don't opt this hall.

My recent visit to kottalath gardenia conversational centre left me feeling disappointed and unsupported, particularly regarding their stance on Nasik Dhol and colorful smoke sticks. Furthermore, the center's failure to acknowledge the importance of embracing diverse forms of expression reflects a narrow-minded approach to inclusivity and cultural appreciation. As a patron, I expected better from a conversational center that claims to promote open dialogue and understanding. Overall, my experience at kottalath Conversational centre highlighted a glaring lack of support for cultural diversity and expression. I hope this feedback prompts the center to reevaluate its approach and adopt a more inclusive stance towards all forms of cultural expression.

Behavior of the staff is very rude. Snake is also present in that auditorium. Very bad. They also not allow sound in that auditorium.
Not clean.
No proper air flow.
