My friends and i had an exceptional stay at the luxury home. The owner's warm hospitality made us feel like part of the family. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, creating a truly personalized experience. The stunning house added a touch of elegance to the overall stay. Highly recommend for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable getaway.

We stayed at this property and had nice time with friends. The Kottaram home stay is complete in itself with all the facilities combined, nice spacious room with clean bathrooms, vast lush green backyard with river front. It has nice game facilities like badminton, basket ball, boating and with nice garden.

The Name "Feel at Home" describes all. Especially the hospitality. You need to spend at least two or three days there for enjoying whole the facilities of this Home Stay. Freedom to use all the facilities like swimming pool, back water Speed boating, Kayaking, Normal Boating, Fishing, Home Theatre, Bar Counter, Lift Facility, Party Hall, Shuttle & Volley Ball Court, Fully Equipped Kitchen Facility, Beautiful loan available for talking pictures and relaxing infront of backwater etc etc. This place is absolutely enjoyable Home Stay to enjoy your memorable days with family and friends.

This is the second time I am visiting with my friends and I must say this is one of the best place for a home stay. Benedict uncle was so welcoming. Everyone in our group liked this place very much.

Nice himestay. Recommended. 5 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms, small hometheatre, badminton, basketball, boating, kayaking, swimming pool, swings and water facing lawn and party area. Had a wonderful time with family. Benedict was a wonderful host.

Weekend well spent!
Kottaram villa is like a palace itself with well maintained rooms and lots of facilities. Owner Benedict provided delicious food for every meal. The home theatre and swimming pool is a wonderful experience. Owner took us for boat rides in the backwaters and gave kayaking facilities too. Sports facilities like badminton and basketball were also fun. There is a lot of space and things to do that you'll cherish every moment you spent there. Overall i would highly recommend kottaram villa for family vacations and get togethers.

The location of property is very beautiful. Nice ambience. Good hospitality by the host with comfy beds and clean washrooms. The property was really homely with swimming pool/basketball court and many more interesting activities.

I had stayed at Kottaram with my colleagues for 2 days. The owner's relative was my colleague and she had recommended the home stay. We had an amazing 2 days and were lucky to have such a gracious host. Mr. Benedict was the perfect host and his attention to detail was impeccable. He made sure all our needs were met and that we had a great time. This large beautiful house sits on a vast property and has a beautiful water body on one side of the land. It has pristine gardens, swimming pool with music systems, good wifi, a home theater and a dance floor. What more can you ask for? The rooms were all air-conditioned, neat and well maintained. We all had a fabulous time and will be going again soon. It is easy to get there and is in a very quiet and charming residential locality.

True to its name, “Kottaram” features 5 bedrooms, Home theatre room, 2 large meeting spaces, balcony, a ‘kidilan’ swimming pool, a half basketball court and a shuttle court in addition to the surrounding areas. Ambience is just ‘wow’. We went there with Benedict uncle’s (owner) neice. The highlight of this home stay is Benedict uncle itself. Special thanks to him for his friendly nature and making us feel at home the entire time.

I visited this place with my friends along with the owner's niece. We all had a very good time. Thanks to Benedict uncle's (owner) friendly and helpful attitude. The place was kept clean and well arranged for our stay. The place is family friendly also with filtered pool water and surveillance system. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were given with unlimited access to all the amenities like pool, garden, home theatre, terrace, kitchen, laundry, courts, etc. The place is so big i am sure i haven't seen all the corners.

I visited this place with my friends and words fall short to describe the amazing experience we all had right from the moment we checked in to check out. We felt just like home but in a luxurious way!
It's a river front mansion with beautiful interior and exterior, full size shuttle court and single board basket ball court, big indoor swimming pool, spacious and clean bedrooms with modern bathroom, party area, home theater etc.
But above all the best part is the host Benedict uncle.
He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.
