Village Officer Sasikala ma'am was very helpful in answering all questions, attending phone calls and responding to messages when applying for legal heir certificate and covid death claim, 2.5 months ago. She is a very capable lady and a great leader. All employees in Trivandrum govt. Offices should learn from her service. She is a role model. Few other people in the office have some attitude in her absence but she is the main person who answers questions precisely.

Extremely courteous staff, treated my aged mother very well, had gone their to get legal heir certificate & Mr Praveen was very helpful in getting needful application done. Govt could allocate some funds to spruce up the building & surroundings
