Excellent place, good food, polite and courteous staff. Only hick up is poor handling of car parking. The parking assistant made us run here and there, finally parked the car on road. That should be steamlined, rest every thing is pefect

Food here is good but the waiters (male ones) don't even have the decency to hear the customers properly, Simply rushing and these people are simply running off telling me to call other person and the other person didn't come at all even if I called them. These waiters don't have the basic decency. Mind you, I went when there were no rush at all. Waiters need to be more polite. Their faces are rude itself.

Very bad behaviour of staffs. In the bakery section, even after asking for the items so many times, they were not responding and was like neglecting. They were also taking orders from customers who came after us. We waited for a long time and had to walk off from there without buying. Worst & disappointing experience.

Overall experience was very disappointing. Bakery items was below average especially sweets laddu, mysorepak the worst. Not recommended at all.

The staff was really courteous in helping out even though the place was packed with the new year eve rush.
We tried couple of their sweets, chicken biryani and al faham peri peri chicken.

The biryani and alfaham chicken were good.
Pista roll that we got was not so great, it was pretty dry. Loved their special peda, it was yum. Would definitely buy from this place again.

Parking is a bit tough.

One among the oldest bakeries in Thrissur. Now a bakery & restaurant. Decent food (famous for non-veg food), Courteous staff. A good variety of sweets, snacks and cakes. There's a separate seating for the restaurant as well. Limited menu.

They never answers the call. Not a customer friendly company. Abruptly disconnets the calls. No manners

Great neighborhood bakery. Excellent selection of cakes, pastries, sweets, and many more! Varieties of fresh juices and milkshakes will refresh you. If you love sweet treats, you need to visit.

I used to be a regular customer for a long time. But for the past couple of months the staff had changed and ever since then.the old standards are lost. They dont pay attention to your order. They dont pack the correct item.they dont deliver the order on time.everything that can go wrong will go wrong.i personally wont suggest visiting this place for any takeaways or dine in. As they simply dont meet the standards of even smaller shops.

Ample car parking, wholesome atmosphere. Friendly staff. If there's any suggestion, then it would be to increase the variety of fried snacks offering.

The chicken biriyani is one of the worst I've ever experienced. You can get a half cooked chicken from here.

Bakery n restaurant are ok. Family room available. Variety of nadan curries are available here. Lots of sweets items are available.

Good for quick dinner pick up. They have food selection of veg and non veg food. Cakes and other items are good just that it's been the same in ages. No new items available. My family likes the chicken curry and appam. No pictures to share.

One of the best bakers in town. One gets all snacks and the best part is the gravies and dishes sold by them in weight in the evenings.

Very bad customer service. Security parking not available. Had to wait 1 hr to take the car. Bathroom flush is like sewage. Requested earlier too but never repaired. Kindly do not enter the washroom.

This is a bakery cum restaurant in Thrissur. They do serve limited fast food both veg and non veg. Good place for sipping a cup of tea or coffee with some snacks both sweet and spicy. Been here couple of times, unfortunately the service and staffs are pathetic. They just don't take care of the customers and better not to talk about their attitude. Really irritating and insulting. Talking about their food items, it is a mixed bag some taste good and some bad. Happened to me many times by purchasing some banana chips and other items, felt they don't bother to keep up the taste and quality of many items always. Also they do charge a premium for almost all their products. Parking is available.
