Don't know why they are charging this much price for foods. CB not good. Waste of money.

Worst experience.such a pathetic service.staffs are just roaming here there take orders and do nothing.i asked for a meal and waited around 45 min and in between i asked 3 times to different waiters but still they are least interested in serving food.i noticed almost all the customers are waiting there for food since i reached there.not recommended to anyone.don’t ever go there

I ordered a cake with hard icing because I do not want to keep it in the fridge and paid Rs 750 in advance on 17/12/23. Took delivery on 20th but when I tried to cut the cake on 24/12/23 the icing is hard like cement and will need a hack saw to cut. I applied force to cut with a cake knife and everything crumbled. The icing tasted very bad and the flowers on top so cheap and I feel I wasted my money on this nice day. Pl do not buy from this shop.

The flavors were truly outstanding, showcasing the authenticity of the cuisine. Porotta and beef curry tasted good. However, the pricing for a lime juice at 40 rupees seemed a bit steep. The ambience was decent, providing a comfortable setting for the dining experience.

It should be 3.5 stars.

Went to the bakery in the ground floor with family to buy some sweets, which is placed at the right end. There were 3 staffs at that side (2 male and 1 female). Waited there for sometime but no one from the staff cared to attend. Then talked to those staff back to back and asked if they can pack some sweets. Surprisingly they were not listening and were just walking here and there. Tried one more time in a louder voice. Then one of them gestured with hand and said wait. Ok fine waited for one more minute but still the sirs and madam there does not feel its time to give their attention. Finally walked out and got the sweets from another shop.
These arrogant staff think as if people come there to beg. People come to the shop to spend their money and purchase, not to see these kind of workers’ arrogance.

I had a meal at their restaurant upstairs. It is clean and the ambiance was good. I had egg fried rice and beef fry with coconut. The food was ok, of average quality.

Yummy confectioneries and cookies.best place to gather for four or five.
Cakes are awesome.

Unfortunately, the snacks for the evening will be sold over even before 5 pm.

Recently they expanded their Restaurant with the name "Ikkal", it's elegant, on the first floor.

Try their chicken dishes and fish dishes.

Worst experience.
The taste of food was worst.
Services to the customer was also poor.

If we have a complaint about the taste of the food served, the staffs will say that 'it is not the fault of restaurant' and they will not even try to apologize to the customers.

Restaurant food items are over priced.and regarding the bakery items: we were served bakery snacks which are not at all good.
And a humble request is to include minus marks too for awarding ratings.

Very very very worst bakery i have ever visited.
The behavior of the staffs is that of full of bad attitudes, they treat customers as beggars, price is also too high. There weighing machine has got some complaints too. Better to carry our on weighing machine to get exact weight of sweets and all other loosed items. They charge very high price.
Very worst service. Study how to treat customers.

Great restaurant, Just had a morning breakfast here and had a good experience.
Nice restaurant with good tasty food. We had 'Idiyappam (ഇടിയപ്പം) ', 'Ari Pathiri (അരി പത്തിരി) ' & Porotta (പൊറോട്ട) with Chicken curry and it was so tasty. And had a coffee too, it was also nice.
I liked the the customer service
Parking lot is also good.
This restaurant is located in between Palarivattam Junction - Palarivattam Pipeline Junction.
I suggest everyone to come here and have a nice breakfast /lunch/dinner anything you want.

Some of the items on the brochure were not available.
I have odered for a repast. But, i was serverd only 3 or 4 curries.little disappointing.
Toilet is on the upper floor, which is under construction (oct, 2019). Ladies may feel inconvenience.

Food is good. But the parcel service people has to ensure that they put all the ordered items in the parcel. It's a lapse from their side.

Known for Teas, coffees, snacks and what not. Best place to hangout with friends in the evening for a sip of Tea and a world of snacks. Juices options are also abundant. Car and Bike parking also available. Cheers.

Chicken soup was ok, but hot & sour was pathetic, malabari alpham is ok, mayonnaise have a sweet taste, porotta was good, bduck roast was tasty, but not worthy dor its rate, overall it was a trial in this hotel, it is a just ok restaurant.

The sweets I got from here were good.

But with the same expectation I went to the restaurant after a few months. The experience was really bad. Food was below average. The curries were all filled with some kind of sause and the rice was so dry that we could not eat.

I have given it an additional star as the staff was friendly. Otherwise it is a one star.

It's my regular place for evening take away for so many years. Maybe more than 12 years. Chips, chicken fried rice, curry, parotta, are some of the unchanged flavour for a quiet long period. Good place to have a dinner.

It is one of the best place in Ernakulam for Alfam and Thandoori chicken. Tea and coffee, snacks are also good with reasonable price. They are always trying to keep the quality of the food.

Good restaurant, nice ambience, food is also good. Bakery section is good, but can be improved with more varieties.its in roadside, but parking space can be improved.

A good bakery with bread items, cakes, pastries, fried items, soft drinks, ice creams, sweets, Indian sweetsetc. You also get good quality take away food items (Chinese & Indian). There is a restaurant also. Free Car park is there but you have to be lucky to get parking place. It is a crowded shop.

“KR BAKERS”. From my childhood friend until now, Yesterday we planned to buy cake for birthday party and some bakery Items. Head to KR Cake shop at Palarivattom.
Food: The cake was so rich in Quality and worth for money. Cake’s Fresh cream tastes amazing and cakes sponge was so softy in one bite. Other than cakes, you can see packed items, coffee/Tea, snacks, sweets, biscuits and meals.

Ambiance: As its was a food court, I noticed they expanded the seating area with few number tables.

A perfect foodcourt with friendly staffs,
Neat and Clean.
Maintain with the quality and standards all time.
Parking is ok if you are not in a peak time.

Tastes good and there are many varieties to choose from. Service is fast. There are separate counters for snacks, restaurant and take out. Limited parking is available. Location is prime.

U know i just love the location of this one.very accessible.since they renovated they give a much pleasant ambiance and still taste as good as they used to for Years.

Situated at Palarivattam. They have renovated the old shop and now it looks classy. Enough seats are arranged inside the bakery and they have started a new restaurant along the side of the bakery.
You can get tea, coffee juices and various snacks from here.
They also offer good varieties of cakes too.

You can park your vehicle in front of the backery. If not then it's tough with the vehicle.

The place is really nice with lot of food items. It's clean and very hygienic and the location is also in the heart of palarivattom. It's on a one way so it's a bit difficult to notice but since the items are good people do come back again and the staffs are also friendly and provide quick service. The stocks are updated twice a week so everytime you go the products would be available.the kr brand is now almost 50 years old so you can trust with the food

The restaurant is cozy. The food served is good. The backers has amazing food and I would personally recommend their ghee Mysore Pak.
