It a great experience to be a part of KREEDA fitness centre with aerobics, zumba, cardio training etc.with Dr's opinion ad intervel checkup.as ad whn required is all tkn care off.we ladies are prone to central obesity as most of us are professionals ad hardly gt time to gt up frm our decorated seats.but thn aftr joining Mini The Super lady fitness freek we just gt off our seats timely.as clock set by her.ad food pattern is also not like too horrid or imposed, but tht we have to give up as per our health conditions.so thankq fr becoming a part of my journey in helping me reduce my weight.ad achieve my goal.
