They are charging very high making charge when compared to other shops in kannur.
During olden days they use to charge reasonablw making charge when compared to othrr shops but now they have changed it completely. They charge 23% making charge which no other shops are charging.
Their staff service is very good but too much making charge so not recommended at all.you can purchase from.other shops and pay less making charge and save your money.

Really bad experience from their diamond jwellery collection.

I purchased a Gold and Diamond bangle from Krishna in Apr'21 and the gold tarnished / looked rusted when I tried to use in Aug'21. In this period, I had not used the bangle and had kept it in the locker.

When I returned the bangle to Krishna they said the outside was a coating which could be redone by sending back to manufacturer. Apparently gold and diamond bangles are not really gold and diamond.

In my experience, gold should not tarnish.

When I asked for my money back for sub standard product, they said they will only give me 90%. I sold it back to them for 90% as I did not feel comfortable using a gold bangle which changed colour to rust like in 6 months.

Would not recommend buying their diamond collection as the same problem will be there for all products.

My family has bought multiple stuff from Krishna's gold collection and have not faced any issue with their gold. Sadly, their diamond collection seems like a sham.

It is more reliant on its legacy (previously named as Kunhikannan jewellery). The designs are more towards traditional style and lesser varieties compared to other jewellers. But they compensate it with their legacy and trust.
Would like to see more varieties, designs, and more importantly better customer relations. Few salespersons were behaving like it was a government office.

I must say, they are people with values. The sales staffs over there really value your choice opinions and are ready to help you with a happy face. They will not push you to buy something which you really do not want just for their personal benefit. Treatment is very good. As a customer you will feel calm while shopping.

Krishna Jewels building is maintained in such a way that it gives positive ambience while entering inside. Building itself attracts people there. Interior of Jewellery building is done with a green theme with a well maintained natural atmosphere.
Each type of ornaments are arranged in separate section in separate floor.

Even though the road to jewellery is narrow, separate spacious parking space is provided near to jewellery building.

Was not having that much variety of designs as they were mentioning. Procedures takes a lot of time. To manage the crowd, they tell people to go and visit the diamond section where there is no customers actually. The sales people where simply resting over there.
About the customer service, it is average. Crowd management is poor. Billing section is not well organised. (It may work well when customers are few). You get well packed glasses as compliment.
