Nice hotel.calm and quite stay.one of the best stay /hotel available nearby kanjirappally, koovapally, erumely.staffs are very supportive.

Krupa residency controller joji and Thomas I think, both are well commitment with us and user friendly.am from tamilnadu and on the way to sabarimala my family had stay a night.it's like a residency for family.over all best stay at best price.seriously no negatives.never forget staying and next time visit deciding residency. Krupa residency keep it up this name and review and my wishes.

Awesome rooms and great atmosphere, staffs are really supportive and friendly, great value for money, NON A/C, A/C, single NON A/C rooms available at great price, main road side, situated at koovappally town so food, ATM are available

Rooms: are neat and tidy with clean bathrooms and comfy beds

Service: stayed only for 2 hrs as a pit stop on the way to sabarimalai. The service provided was with a smile, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Location: easy access, ample parking, and prime location on the way to sabarimala

Excellent hospitality by joji (hotel manager) and well maintained rooms with clean toilets. Also as an add on, all these amenities comes with reasonable price tag for rooms.

Great experiences in krupa residency.we stayed around 10 days there. The owner is so kindful and staff were good in their behaviour.

I didn't find any difficulty while staying at krupa residence,
The service was very good.
We got the non AC room since it was almost completely booked.

Overall good experience, located near Amal Jyothi college. They don't have a cafeteria or restaurant, but there is a bakery where we can find some snacks, teas etc which is open till 9.30pm, late night customers would definitely find it difficult to get any food nearby

Place is located 7 kms from Erumeli. The rooms are clean, parking is outside the hotel and reasonably secure. Drawback is rooms facing the road could get noisy through the night and lack of food options. Place has a small bakery outside but for proper food you will have to travel a bit and even then pure veg options are hard to come by especially during off sabarimala season.

Overpriced Rooms. Clean and normal ambience. I got an AC room for 1800 rs. For that amount we got Deluxe Suit room in Ernakulam or Calicut. May be due to lack of hotels they increased the price. But this is not acceptable

Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Pristine location. Decently away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns.

We booked two rooms on 16th October and when we reached the place, the receptionist said our rooms have been allotted to other customers. There is no point in making booking. Great disappointment.

Good Spacious Well maintained Rooms.
Staffs is very friendly. Reasonable price. Best value for money.
They have 24hrs hot water facilities
But parking low space, have not good Restaurants nearby.

Superb place. Good and descent behaviour from staffs. Especially the manager one Mr. Christo George was very down to earth and humble human being. He was very helpful

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Facilities, services and staff are awesome.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone especially people with families. Will love to visit and stay there again.

TV and, satellite are missing little away from town but market are reachable in minute drive

The first interaction with front desk, Mr Cristi was friendly and was energetic
Room was clean, washroom was perfect, towels were hygienic and it had a nice aroma
Hot water was available 24hours and this is very unique, not many of similar category can boast
Parking was adequate, Room tariff very reasonable.
Staff attitude was excellent and was very friendly.
All put together one gets full value for the tariff

Improvements
TV, In-house phone or calling bell system to reception may be considered

Generator backup service is too poor, janitor / caretaker response is similar to slug motion.

Located in a calm qnd quiet place with ample parking. Good rooms

The food and accommodation was simply superb at normal affordable rates. Very spacious infrastructure and friendly staff. Had a very nice time with Krupa Residency. I'd suggest Krupa Residency to everyone who give priority to comfy.

It was a good stay! Staff Courtesy was beyond words. The main highlight of the residency is, it is easily accessible to all the major tourist attractions in Idukki district. So highly recommending for, those who are looking for a calm and pleasant stay. Kripa Residency is the right choice.

This place may not seem like much but here's what's good about it. Christo- The 24 hour manager is kind and very helpful. He understands English and Hindi very well. The rooms are small but very clean and well kept.

Well appointed rooms close to the Erumely road. Facilities could be improved. No in house restaurant

A double room non A/C costs 1,200/-, check-in is from 12 noon. What comes along besides bed in the room - TV, 2 door cupboard, towels, soap, shampoo and mineral water.

A very nice place considering qualities of amenities that's available near Pampa.

Restaurant is not available in the hotel and nearby decent place is about 7kms away from the place of stay. Other eateries nearby, hygiene level looked poor, not suitable for elderly and children.

A no nonsense hotel with well constructed rooms and bathrooms. Easy to access from the bus stop. However there aren't any good eating spaces around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The two single beds put together to make a double bed however could move apart and of one is not careful could lead to accidents. Depending on the type of room it could be spacious as well as congested. Have a first hand look before booking.

A small and cosy place suitable for marriage parties etc. A family friendly place. The staff are very friendly. They do not have restaurant so you have to make separate good arrangements.
