The worst! They wont attend the call anytime. They wont come in an emergency situation too. If anyone is tired after calling their number, please call 1912 and register ur complaint, so that somebody will atleast answer ur call.

I called the kseb in emergency situation and no one is attending my call. Poor services and very disappointed

Very poor service they will not attend calls
When we call for service they will not come and repair

I read a lot of negative comments. May be some employees behave wrongly so we don't blame all others.

മാസത്തിൽ 10 ദിവസവും current കാണില്ല. വർക്ക് ഫ്രം ഹോം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പൊ കർഡൻറ് കട്ട് കാരണം ശമ്പളംപോലും ഇല്ലാതെ ആയി. Worst KSEB division

Worst ever seen, if there is rain there is no electricity.
No one will pick up ur phone if there is an emergency.

Worst KSEB station I've met in my life.during the time when there is an emergency that are always busy.not responsible.disconnecting unnecessarily to put good wires for duration buy those connections get broken when a small wind hits the wires.very irresponsible

Very worst people over there.they don't even attend call.they all used to keep phone receiver aside.during emergency we won't be able to contact these bloody people. I don't know then y they updated this number.waste management.it's high time to change this attitude guys.it is ur duty to serve people.not because u r paid for that.jus see how other states are loyal to their job.am.very much sorry to say this but this is fact
