KSEB Section Office, Edoor

They don't attend the phone when needed.very lousy and incompeteble service.

In my experience, I have encountered one of the most inefficient government departments and staff I have ever witnessed. They rarely pick up the phone, and even when they do, they seem clueless about how to address customer concerns. If it were possible, I would have rated them 0 stars due to their incompetence.

Very very disappointing!

Worst service, apply for a new connection one month back, still not sanctioned.

19/07/2022 ന് രാവിലെ 7 മണിക്ക് ലൈൻ കമ്പിയിൽ മരം വീണു. ഏകദേശം ഒരു 8 മണിയോടടുപ്പിച്ചു എടൂർ kseb സാറന്മാരെ വിളിച്ചു complaint അറിയിച്ചു.
ഇന്ന് 20/07/2022 സമയം ഒരുമണി കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇതുവരെ edoor kseb സാറന്മാര് ഈ ഭാഗത്തേക്ക്‌ തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. ഫീസ് ഊരാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ 2 ദിവസം മുന്നേ വന്നേനെ. ️
