Worst, Irresponsible staff. Pathetic service. Complaining again and again. No use. Customer care even worse. No other option for power in India. So these people behave as if they are emperors and others are at their mercy. If these people work for atleast 1% of salary they are getting, atleast 75% of the complaints can be cleared with ease. Good for nothing worst department and worst class of workforce for an emergency service. Rating should be minus 5.
