Worst customer support ever. I've been trying to reach for booking for 4 hrs.they didn't give proper response. They disconnected the call without ending conversation. Pls avoid booking here

Just out side Thiruvananthapuram central railway station, a three star hotel of Kerala Govt. Room was ok. The service was not though the staff was cooperative. If you have to wait for room service (tea) up to 7 o clock in the morning, waht is the use of staying in a hotel

The merit is the location. Room was very small and bathroom was old. Booked for 3 people for 1 day.

Memorable experience, the place centrally located amidst Beautiful garden, completely mesmerizing view.

It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels, in fact it was very budget friendly but in recent they have drastically increased rates which i feel needs a revision and also 24 hour check in must be available as 12 noon check in will create inconvenience to visitors coming in an unscheduled time coz every time a planned visit would not be possible, i feel even a visitor traveling out on an emergency should be given a option.

Very poor service by staff. They had so many rooms shown on online booking, but when asked directly, they denied rooms.

It is mist convenient location very neat to Raolway Station and Padmnabh swami temple. All types of transportation are available. Cooperation from Staff and service is appreciated. Very helping approach from Reception desk.

Very very great place. The rooms and beds were very good for price. The bathrooms were neat and had handsoap AND toilet paper AND a shower that closes. The fan and AC also worked. I would come here again.

Good as usual. Polite staff. Excellent location. Neat & well maintained premise. Car parking is available. Then why did i give one star? Serving tap water as mineral water. No newspaper delivered in the room. Buffet food quality is not upto mark. This is a hotel by KTDC, as in government run hotel. If anybody cares pay attention to the details.

Government hotel, but we'll maintained. Facilities are good and hotel is located near Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple. Trivandrum central railway station and KSRTC central bus station are also located nearer to this hotel.

Used to have biriyani/buffet from here whenever I visited Tvm. But the biriyani we had recently was not good. So have to search for better options during next Tvm visit.

This is situated in the good way to get to the padmanabha swamy temple, hardly 1km. Ambience of the room is excellent. There is tea kettle. This is one of the best govt hotel I have stayed. Seriously, I was not expected such a beautiful hotel room at less prices. We had delicious dinner at less price and free breakfast had lots to eat.it's very near to the railway station and bus stand.

"Worst food, worst service, expired complimentary coffee bags. " They will not allow external food delivery guys to enter their premises. Those who placed the order from swiggy/Uber Eats need to collect their food from Road

I was stayed in this newly renovated hotel near by railway station and bus terminal.walkable distance. And also nearest to padbhanabha swami temple. At this rate very good and comfortable stay for me. Breakfast also very nice. Live counters.buffet system was very nice.rooms have excellent ambience and decor they were well maintaining.expecially the view.and also the check out time have 24hrs that was really impressed for me as compared to other hotels. For this amount really worth for me.

Good rooms at reasonable rates. The best part is it's central location, opposite to trivandrum central railway station and adjacent to KSRTC bus depot

It is a three star hotel run by the tourism department of the Government of Kerala. It is situated at the most appropriate location in Thiruvananthapuram.

It is Kerala tourism development corporation's budget hotel at budget rate. The are two banquet halls, restaurant and beer parlour in its premises
The room rent is affordable and has free breakfast. The 24 hours check in check out time, which is very convenient. Online booking is also there

Difficult to identify the place from outside. The autorikshaws in front of the hotel cover the car entrance making it further difficult to identify the entrance

Cheap yet has excellent facilities. Good hospitality also. The staff was really nice. The position of the hotel is also gud. They provide world class convenience at a considerably lower rate.

Good hotel. Good room service. Bus stand and railway station is very near. Have great view from above. Room is very good and comfy. Only draw back is the parking lot. It doesn't have a space for parking lot. Indian coffee house is near.

Renovated chaithram hotel is very good atmosphere.new rooms are good appearance and neat and clean.restaurant, BAR facility, benquet facility also available.located very near to the Trivandrum central railway station.

Badly maintained hotel run by KTDC. Has a restaurant and a beer parlour. Food is cheap but rooms are relatively expensive.

Great rooms by KTDC Chaithram. Staff behaviour is excellent. Restaurant attached to this. Parking facility available. Very next to KSRTC and Railway. Had a great stay.

Nice hotel with good staff ambience. Basic amenities like kettle for tea /coffee maker, two drinking water bottles per day are served. Air-conditioned room with Geyser and TV facilities.
Location wise it has good connectivity to worth visiting places.
Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple is quite nearby from this hotel and also it's Ktdc authorized:)
12pm-12pm is the check-in and check out slot followed here.
Overall my multiple visits to this hotel have never disappointed me, but yeah it's to be mentioned that breakfast has limited options.

Heart of Trivandrum city and newly renovated property. Service is not as good as any private hotel, but it is OK. Nice food

Good rooms. Food quality is also good. Service is good but still there is scope of improvement. Not completely professional quality service.
