Kudajadri Drizzle Homestay Wayanad

We a family of 5 stayed at Kudajadri Drizzle for 3 days from 14-16th June, 2023 and the stay was pleasant and exciting. The host Mr. Vinod took good care of our needs and his family members showed love and affection to us. My wife’s birthday was celebrated on the evening of 16th June with excellent arrangements of our choice of tasty cake and candles at a very short notice.
A good property with heritage features to take us back the memories to centuries back. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay to cherish our memories for ever.

Best home stay. Host Vinoop treated us like family. I went with my family along with kid.

I want to visit again and plan to stay for longer days.

Kudajadri Drizzle is a very nice Homestay. If you are coming to wayanad this should be your accommodation option. Its situated near Kalpetta and all the tourist places in the Wayanad district are accessible. The heritage and culture of Kerala is maintained in this homestay, the hosts are very nice, friendly and very interactive. The vibe at the homestay is very pleasant, calm, peace and very close to the nature. They have facilities for basic morning and evening tea/coffee. For pure vegetarian only food you can inform them and they will give you the contact.
We stayed for 3 nights at the homestay and our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

It's very peaceful place to spend time with your family and friends.ambiance, hospitality and facilities everything good. I recommend everyone to try this place once.you guys will enjoy.

The place is an experience in itself Everyone should enjoy this at least once in their lifetime. The homestay offers comfortable rooms for groups and a calm environment.

We enjoyed our stay in this Homestay. The place has lot of greenery around, as it is amidst an estate. The owners are very warm and hospitable. The property is in traditional Kerala architecture and the rooms are big with modern facilities. The property is maintained well. Food is not served but can be ordered, however coffee and tea is served on request. We enjoyed very tasty vegetarian food from the contact given by the owner.

Very nice and cool place to stay.very good hosting.the main advantage with the place is the location is in right middle of wayanad and makes easier for guests to visit all places.

Very great and cozy place with beauty of nature. Hosts were very friendly and nice hospitality. Little far from town but worth it. Cool and peaceful stay. We enjoyed playing badminton and carroms as well. Will recommend to friends and family!

Good maintenance. Food might be a problem. You need to tell before 3-4 hours or you need to arrange from nearby restaurants (which aren't that great)

It has been a magical stay here at Kudajadri Drizzle. The mornings here are very peaceful and long walks through this property are very soul-calming. The food can be prepared in their in-house kitchen or can also be ordered from near by restaurants. Easy drive to and from places around Wayanad. Special mention to the owner-manager Mr. Vinoop and his adorable family. They have been very welcoming which made us even more warm and at home. Even the price is very affordable. Definitely a place that deserves a 2-3 day staycation.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this place. The best thing about this place is the hosts. They were so welcoming and warm. These days there are so many properties advertised as home stays, but is just a property managed by couple of employees. Kudajadri stands out among all of them. The hosts also stay at the same property and makes you feel at home.

The property is a typical old kerala home and its architecture and all have been maintained. The property is as shown in the picture. To the people who are planning to visit this place, as I mentioned, its a home and not a hotel. So don’t expect services and amenities like a hotel.
As of now, they are not offering food, but you have the option for home cooked food if you inform early. Also if you want to cook something, there is a common kitchen as well
It’s location is such that, you will be completely cut off from the hustle bustle of city and surrounded by greenery

Great hospitality. Vinu and his family was very kind and helpful. The family brought coffee or tea every day.rooms were very spacious, neat and clean.the atmosphere was very cool. Absolutely awesome place to visit. This is one place which will remain etched in my mind forever. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.

It was a beautiful experience to stay there. Host treated us very well. A wonderful homestay in the middle of greenery. Home made food was also good. The place gave a homely feeling, makes you feel like a part of the place. The owner is extremely polite and friendly, he gave a heartwarming farewell giving a personal touch by the owner. Campfire was good, have some place to play, hammock to relax under the tree

The homely atmosphere, the food, cleanliness and the personal care of Mr. Vinod, the owner’s son.
We wanted to suggest a good home stay in Wayanad to my nephew in US. This place came to our mind where we had an excellent time a few years ago. We were treated with all Kerala vegetarian delicacies, our host took us to all tourist spots, shopping place. To crown it all he dropped us in the bus stand at 11.30 pm in the night. To our delight, he sent us the pictures that he has taken along with us several years ago. Such is the personal involvement and dedication of the owner.

A great experience indeed staying in a traditional house away from the normal hustle and bustle. Highly recommended, owners make you feel like home and absolute value for money stuff!

This is a little late as I realized I had not written my review back when we visited the homestay.

We were 3 families that stayed at the homestay from 2nd Nov 2018 to 6th Nov 2018. I could go on and on about all the great things but one thing that stood out was the love, warmth and hospitality we experienced.

Sumptuous home made food, comfortable rooms made our stay very easy. They also arranged a tempo traveller with a driver for our entire trip and it was another good decision. The vehicle was well maintained and Raagesh was the best driver I have had an experience of travelling with.

I would highly recommend this homestay for everyone who wants to stay in Wayanad!

It was our first experience in a homestay and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit. The food was freshly cooked and served. The rooms are neat and spacious. A homely feel while staying in the lap of nature with all the comforts. Highly recommended.

The experience was quite horrible. We are a group of 12 were going for the first time to Wayanad. Location of the homestay was very good but services are not upto the mark in terms of food and other facilities. No extra beds n blankets are provided as promised and we had to ask for it. We have been told that bonfire will be der from 7-9 and should be inside the homestay before 10. I mean, this was the first time I heard this kind of rules. Ppl goes outstation for party and enjoy some good time. I will not suggest this place unless you have the only plan to sleep at nyt in the homestay.

Hi during our recent visit to kerala at kudajadri drizzle homestay in wayanad. We had been here with our family group of 19 members.
In this the rooms are very clean and well maintained. One of the best homestay in wayanad in terms of best services, spacious rooms, large bathrooms and for the best homely food.
Kids enjoyed the stay with some indoor games.
