One of the budget friendly staying options in Perumbavoor. Rooms r old but u get loy of air and light in the room. Location is very attractive

Parking facility is not available.rooms doesn't have the basic supplies.cleanilness also not good. Night time access is more difficult

Rooms are pretty good for stay. Easy accessible spot for a stay. There are large rooms which can accommodate upto 8 people.

Kumars backary item's tastes very good. Aluva was very sweet. The burger was very fresh and have tastes/quality similar to kfc/McDonald's

Budget lodging with basic amenities only. Best for people travelling on a tight budget.lots of eateries around with choice of cuisine.good location and easy accessibility.

No drinking inside room. No tooth paste, soap compliments. 3 bedroom AC room is better than 2 bedrooms that is way worse.

Cheap rent but reception and room looks like entirely different part of lodge because reception looks attractive and rooms looks ugly. Had a sleepless night with full of mosquitoes. TV which is not working. No fan regulator as you have only one speed. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay then Kumar is good.
