Kumar Tea Stall

It's an old joint with quality food to eat after moving here they put more snacks which are yummy. Usually this is a busy place for evening snacks so parking will be a little difficult. They have a tiffin centre too which is adjacent to the shop where they offer breakfast food. A must visit place with a good pricing

Authentic Tamil Nadu style food. If you like the authentic Tamil Nadu style Dosa, Idly, Vada etc you will love this place. But the seating capacity is less you will mostly have to takeaway the food. It is not family friendly for dine in.

You get very crispy vadas. Especially uzhunnu vada here. They serve hot beverages like chai, coffee, horlics, boosts etc along with South Indian snacks. Any snack item is just INR 10 which is actually worth it. Don't forget to ask for chutney to have it with vada.

Coffee was awesome. Curd vada, sambar vada was special.since it's busy place, car parking is difficult.good choice for evening snacks shop

This is one of the famous stop overs for all the tea/coffee lovers out there. Their tea is remarkably good but coffee needs some more attention in preparation. Snacks is almost available throughout the day. I had the opportunity to have their cup of coffee and tea in the early hours, therefore no rush was seen in the wee hours. During day time footfall is quite high in numbers. Their snacks is gobsmackingly yummy. Theirs has a chain of tea stalls in this great city of lord Anantha.

One of the best Tea stalls in Trivandrum. There is rush every time you visit there. The highlight is their chutney that is served along with the snacks.

Snacks are tasty but staffs not wear any gloves or hair caps, one day I bought tea and baji. When I first bite I saw hair in the baji. I put it in the waste bin

A roadside tea stall which is mostly busy. Tried the masala dosa from the place. The food is okay with chutney and sambar. A good place for a budget friendly meal or quick snack.

After a rather busy and excruciating day, we couldn't go anymore without a cup of tea and this time around, we chose kumar tea stall at Venpalavattom. Even though we saw the shop filled to brim with customers before, never tried it as the crowd and covid doesn't really mix well. This time around, we had to have a cup and we stopped.

Once, we had our cup, we knew why shop's always crowded. Refreshing tea and great snacks for decent price. We bought 2 tea, 2 uzhunnu vada, 1 rasavada and 1 thairu vada for ₹56. Though thairu vada was not what i hoped it was (my first time), rasa vada was exquisite and s9 was the uzhunnu vada.

എന്താ പറയുക, ഈ ദുർഘട സമയത്ത് പട്ടിണിക്കിടാതെ കാത്തു സൂക്ഷിച്ച സ്ഥലം. തിരുവനന്തപുരം വരുമ്പോഴേല്ലാം ഇവിടെ പോയി ചായേം, സാമ്പാർ വടയും കഴിക്കാതെ ഒരു ദിവസമില്ല. So tasty foods, hygenic shop, good customer relation.
വണ്ടി പാർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ പലപ്പോഴും സ്ഥലം കിട്ടില്ല എന്നൊഴിച്ചാൽ അൽ കിടിലോസ്‌കി.

പ്രഭാത ഭക്ഷണവും, സായാഹ്ന ചായേം കടിയും (ഉച്ച മുതൽക്കേ കിട്ടും) ഒക്കെ ഒന്നിനൊന്നു മികച്ചത്. പോക്കറ്റ് കാലിയക്കാതെ വയറും മനസ്സും നിറക്കാം.

Very nice place. The special item that I like the most is their curd vada. The place is crowded in the evening. I am certain that they are able to pull such a crowd because of the quality of what they sell and their service.
