The peak hours of wholesale business is in the morning 6 to 8 am. During this hours the ladies who sells fish to houses and other Streets buys fish from vendors.
Others also can buy fish on Kg/weight basis.
The fish is fresh and rates are lesser than the rates of Matysafed outlets.

This is a place of wholesale fish market and it's mostly local fishmongers and restaurant owners etc.who buys fish. Individual customers buying for own consumption are less. I have had a bad experience once where a big sear fish I bought was old. Other times I was able to get better quality fish. There is no bargaining and if it's a big fish, there's a person who cuts the fish. If it's smaller fish you have to do on your own

I have visited this place long back, around 15 years back. Now it has become very clean and tiles were laid. By seeing the change of this place I was amazed and stuck for a moment.
