Well arranged store. Air-conditioned. A lot of items (grocery, dairy products, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits, crockery, cutlery, plastic items, cosmetics, baby items) and selections.
Parking may be a slight problem during peak hours as there is only roadside parking.

Good neighborhood supermarket with all necessary household grocery and stationary items. The only minus I see is the billing. Billing is a mess. The billing staff are least welcoming. They look as if I did something wrong by choosing the billing counter. Once that’s done, they remove all items again from the cover to recheck if everything’s right as per bill. It’s as if they don’t trust their own staff to bill correctly. Another problem is that - after double checking, they still don’t give items that are supposed to be given freely with an item. I also have had instances where the billing section increases the quantity of items billed. Maybe they think that we don’t check quantity, only the items. Part from the billing mess and inconsiderate behavior of the staff, the supermarket has all necessary items I usually need.

All of the items especially grocery items are available here and it is also of good quality.

This store is a one-stop place for all groceries and other needs for a household. This store for long had a virtual monopoly in the area, but is now likely facing competition from newcomers like the Bemart near Nalanchira that offer a better shopping experience. It is my understanding the management has plans to move to a new building that is presently under construction.

One thing to note is that there is a checkpoint after billing where the staff reconcile purchased items against the bill.

Pain points include:
1. Narrow aisles that make it difficult to move around with a shopping basket, especially when crowded.
2. Lack of dedicated parking. Being very close to a signal and right on the side of a busy road makes parking and getting out a real nightmare.

This shop has got everything you need for your daily needs. The peak time of shopping is from 6pm to 9pm. If you dont like to wait, come before the mentioned period.

Good place at paruthipara. Not mannanthala. Good fish at paruthipara and guy Alum clean fish very well and good behavior

This is how a neighborhood super market should be. They have everything you need. They don't try to entice you with flashy half true bargain offers. Very efficient staff. It is obvious that the staff are all well treated as it shows in the way they treat customers. Only concern is that the parking is by the road side which can be a pain during rush hour.

This place has pretty much everything you need, groceries, vegetables and meat and fish. Only turn off is the lack of space. Hence you want to get out asap.

Recently me and my mom visited the store and we had the worst experience. Very rude staff
And the behavior was like we are buying things in her money.we regularly buy things from this store but after this incident which took place on Thursday i.e 14th Nov 2019 I wouldn't not even buy a toffe from this store and never recommend it to anyone.

Very good for essential items. Friendly Staffs. Quick service and they operate 4 or 5 billing counters. They have variety of fishes, chicken and buffalo meat everyday. They don't have dedicated parking, but never had issue finding space to Park the car. All the best team Kunnil.

Everything they provide from salt to camphor, a well stocked supermarket, but not a parking area. If are taking a car to this shop then we should park it in the road that makes a road traffic worse there.

They charge for carry bags which I find difficult to accept. Also at non veg area, once they print a receipt they wont change it even if you want to make a split second decision to change the product which ironically they just took out from freezer. Also there is a verification after you buy the product from supermarket, then a verification at vegetable counter followed by a verification at non veg section making clients waste valuable time. Think about the situation during a peak time. Its literally going to be difficult for senior citizens.

Variety of products available at cheaper rate (margin free). We can buy vegitables and they are fresh and affordable. In second floor, we have options for cosmetics, electric and plastic and stationary items. But this shop requires much more space in first floor and in parking area.

Well stocked. Reasonably good service, parking is a problem though. Staff are not exactly very courteous. But one stop shop for most requiremens.

Best place to purchase all your home needs from groceries to stationery to bakers needs to utensils to accessories for all ages and genders. The one stop shopping experience for a good margin. Making the purchase worth every rupee

Margin Free is a good Super Market for people staying in nearby areas. Will get all grocery items as well as vegetables & fruits. In small city like Trivandrum, very difficult to find Super Market that gives good discount. Even Big Bazaar don't give discounts like Margin Free. Only problem is car parking. Otherwise good Super Market for daily groceries. I could recommend the Super Market.

Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. But you'll get a lot of local food products here which is a good thing. And you'll have to pay pretty much the MRP on everything there isn't much offers.

Daily supermarket. You get everything you need to run a household from this shop.convenient location.quality of vegetables can be better

Nice place to shopping all items under one roof.very reasonable pricing and easy access to find out the items. Friendly staffs makes my shopping very easy. Organic vegetable collection is very appreciable.

Average rating only. Things are good quality.but staffs attitude is horrible. If we know the place, we can buy.no body will attend you regarding any enquiry.i went to buy some cryons and water colour. It is provided at one counter (if it not counter we could have take without asking anything) in first floor.no one was there to attend. Then we asked a lady with full face make up standing nearer to the next counter. She unwillingly came and shown one cryon.immediately she went away, not even asking anything.customer dealing is very poor.
One important matter is If you are buying anything with free item definitely we won't get it from kunnil margin free.if we asked, then staffs unwillingly will give thst free item. Maximum they wont give. Then there is an eyewash final checking also is there.and there also we wont get the free item for our purchased thing. This my fourth experience without get the free item which i actually paid. (arroroot buscuit free withhide and seek biscut, glass free with coffee.pen free with tea dust. Rings free with whisper)
