Pathetic post sales service. I bought a mattress worth Rs 40000 and within 20 days of usage there was defect in stitching. The company says that they cannot replace the mattress as the defect happened after 15 days of usage and the supplier is taking no action to fix the defect. Its been more than 4 months and no action has been taken by the supplier to rectify the stitching defect. We have sent numerous text messages and have made several calls but all in vain. Even after confirming that we will pay the stitching cost and any labour charge associated with it, still no action has been taken to fix the issue.

Even after posting the above review the concerned supplier has not bothered to contact us to fix the problem with the mattress. This shows their attitude towards their clients.

I purchased a Kurlon Matress today. It was a very good experience in shopping at Sreelakshmi Enterprises at Trivandrum for the Kurlon Product. Especially the behaviour and treatment to a customer by the SALES EXECUTIVE Mr Vishnu is exemplary. He looks to be a Born-Sales Executive

I had visited couple of stores/ dealers in Trivandrum that sold different brands of mattresses and finally zeroed in on this Kurl-on store at Kesavadasapuram. I found their dealings were distinctly better. I met Arun who was quite friendly and provided necessary details and choices to suit my requirements. Delivery was on-time and was managed meticulously. I would have to use the product for at least a few months to rate it from a quality perspective but all in all I would highly recommend this store.
