Other than the ambience, nothing was great about that hotel.there were no variety available at 8: 30AM itself. They gave sambar after eating.kindly avoid it at costs.poor service.

We had chicken biriyani and fish meals. Both were amazing. They provide good quantity of meat along with rice and it's not too spicy. They have both fish gray and fried fish option. Food is excellent and quite cheap. Overall great value for money. When in Munnar, go for this place.

Terrible service. Waiter doesn't have proper mannerism. Very rude towards customers. Gave me a cold sandwich after making me wait 30 mins

Teach the server how be a good host, terrible service vary rude behaviour, would recommend this to be ruin your day

The worst customer service i ever experienced, took so many time to bring out coffee and chicken sandwich was so cold, bad and still my stomach hurts

We had food around 7 PM, the hotel was empty, we were the only one sitting, the place was neat and clean, There was limited menu because there was not much crowd as it is off season. We had ordered, chicken fried rice, Chilli Chicken gravy, Parotta, and Chicken Noodles. The Fried rice and noodles were a little oily, but the taste was fine. The price was reasonable. No proper parking space for the hotel, had to park on the road sides.

Only good about the place is the look. The only thing available was biriyani which we were ok with. We ordered both veg and chicken biriyani. Veg biriyani had only rice with whole spices and chicken biriyani was the same rice served on top of 2 pieces chicken. They could have just turned away people if food wasn't available instead of serving this. The waiter was kind enough to give little extra rasta to gulp down the food.

A eatery / restaurant run by Srishti Charitable Trust located right in front of the KSRTC bus stand. Tasty, safe food. Neat place. Good service.

When i went, there was no other option except Chicken Biryani and Fish fry so was disappointed in the choices. But the Biryani was more than filling with two chunky pieces, good raitha, pappad and mango pickle. The masala was tasty too

This rating is not food. This is for management. The staffs are fighting inside the kitchen. Very disturbing all customers. Two or more families are escaped. This is normal. Please don't disturbe customer. I like food and ambience.

Best place to freshen up with 4 toilet as this is the first notable hotel.

Coming to the management and food options went ttw9 days at morning and disappointed saying that they are having no more food unwanted delay in serving.

Super food stop. Ambience is very much comfortable. Washroom cleanliness is very good. Quality of food is too good. Customised spice level is one of the most important factor. It's having a bakery section as well.

I would say the place is nice. Well maintained. The staff is very good. Price is reasonable but choices are limited. I didn’t like the taste of the biryani. Not sure because we eat different Type of biryani in north India or in Bangalore or Hyderabadi style. I feel the taste should be enhanced. Chicken 65 was good. Service was very fast as they keep the food ready from before only which is why you get limited choices.

When I requested Half portion they didnt served -Especially when you travel with your kids I believe they should consider that option.

And lastly when they received a group of visitors -around 17 I believe-i would say they completely ignored us and we couldn't oder anything further.

Quality food at reasonable price. Luxury and budget friendly restaurant. Staffs were very polite.

Pathetic people, we went for dining and they said that it was closing time. They didnt even allowed the ladies to use the washroom.

Calm, neat and quiet place. The fish curry meals served was superb. We went as a gang of 20, and each and everyone liked this restaurant. Courteous staff and great service.

Food taste is simply mouth watering. Staffs needs to be trained to understand the customers. No car parking.
