Very bad, the establishment does not have a facility for drivers, if customers want to come, they need drivers but once they come, they are not given any priority, very bad behavior, just stop and go.

Very worst. Lot of hair of previous resident in bed and it made me uncomfortable and bathroom is not cleaned at all. Don’t ever choose this place it’s worst that worst

Rooms are ok, bathrooms not well maintained. Expensive than worth the price. We taken room during Christmas season, no others were left around town.so booked bere. Very near to beach.

Hotel rooms are neat and well maintained. But there is no room serivice available at hotel. If we require food we must go by walk for 500 metres.in the morning coffee is also not available.

WORST ROOMS, WORST LINENS, WORST CONDITION OF TAPS, BATHROOM WORST, PRICES TOO HIGH. HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED.

I stayed here on 10 Jan 2023 with my family however my experience was very bad. No room service. There was no hot water in the morning for bath and when asked to owner we got very arogent answers. After that we were got locked in the room as lock was rusted and unable to open it. However owner was busy in chating with his friend. I will suggest do not book such hotel to avoid inconvenience.

Well maintained rooms and polite staffs! Easy access as it was near to the railway station. An affordable stay!

The hotel and facilities are very nice. Rooms are cosy and clean. Location very accessible from the railway station and not too far from the city centre by transport. They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Jippu (Jibin K. K) the owner of the hotel is an absolute star who went out of his way to help us

I've always preferred small hotels for the intimacy and personal attention they offer and the K&P certainly typifies those qualities. The staff and management team is gracious, responsive and hands-on in going all out to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every guest.

The place is little congested but rooms are perfect. Good employees serves tasty food and polite. Management also keen in cleanliness and loyal.

Not a good place. They have problems with Oyo. They won't allow you if the booking is from Oyo.

Unpolite reception staff, untidy room and stained bathroom. Had to manage with so much of ants in the room. No lift facility. This hotel advertises "homely food", but had no food available. Advertises free breakfast and provides only bread omlet. Only advantage is its location nearby Alappey beach and railway station. No hot water available for drinking purposes.

I booked in oyo at last night, i reached the hotel for check in at the moment the hotel men was behaved me like rood, and he ask me to pay extra money

First let's talk about the positive. The staffs are really good and corporate Food charges is too low when compair with other hotels. They have some kind of issues with OYO. It reflect towards the customers we will face lot of issues if we book there They will demand extra payment from us Very small rooms with even not a single chair. Don't book room here they don' t really know the value of gust so please

Its a very good place for having rest. Room quality is appreciable and also is service. Parking space is good when compared to the number of rooms. Attitude towards the customer's is also very good. It will be a great place for your stay.

Hotel is near the beach, Nice and clean room's, hotel staff are down to earth and very friendly, food was also good.

Very friendly staff and room service. It's a new property, so the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. They provide you with good toiletries inside the room with clean bedsheets and towels. Ample of parking space which is secure. The manager, Zubair is a happy to help fellow and they have a small kitchen for breakfast and a little snacks. The place is near to the highway and all the prominent spots in Aleppey. No local ID accepted, you have to be a tourist to stay here.

The hotel is good with clean n neat rooms, friendly staff and good ambience and also cheap (we got this room at just 950 in month of Feb). The receptionist is very helpful. He suggested us good tourist spots and also arranged shikara (similar to house boat) for us at best rates. Also this hotel is located very near to Alleppey beach (8 mins walk). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel at a very affordable price. The rooms are very spacey with all the amenities. The staffs are polite and food is just awesome. One more good thing is that it is at a walking distance from alleppy station and alleppy beach. Highly recommended.

Don't book with Fabhotel ever. I have reserved Kuwait residency hotel with Fabhotel app and paid amount for reservation for 2 days. They don't have courtesy to inform me before putting it no show. At my arrival along with my family at 6 am from Bangalore, I was left shocked and stranded because they don't have any other room. Hotel staff says they didn't had my phone number to inform. It's a very bad situation they put me in. I had to search for other accommodation with no options left. In there app/website there's no details given on timing for no show. It's a total loss of money and time. Very unprofessional.if there's a zero star I will prefer to give you that.
