We went there on Sunday it's a large botanical garden. Lots of variety of sapling. Must visit.

A good nursery where you can get plant saplings of flowering plants as well as fruit yielding ones. Saplings are sold at the botanical guarden at throw away price compared to the rates in the city. A well managed (by three brothers as I learn) nursery not far away from the city. Only handicap is the narrow approach roads.

Nice place, you can buy a lot of plants and pots with less price. But I'm not happy with the fertiliser section.

One of the best places to get plants in south kerala. They have amazing bonsai plant collection. I am their regular customer for so many years now. The staffs are well versed and helpful. They humbly and respectfully refuse tips. If you are a plant lover, a must visit place.

We went to the Kuzhipallam Botanical garden last week. Drive from TVM on highway was good and once you turn into Balaramapuram-Vizhinjam road, route is fairly well documented.
Big place with a great choice of plants and affordablly priced. You are met with smiling cheerful ladies who help you out in selecting the plants. Great choice. Big/Small plants.they have all. So if your weakness is plants, go in big car to bring back more than you went for. Yashoda was very helpful in attending to us.
The only sour point was the the lady in the billing. Sindhu.she was very rude to a point in being nasty.
Except for that unsavoury part, its a great place to go and buy / savour the place.

Largest botanical Garden in Trivandrum. We had planned a combined plan to visit Iskon temple, Azhimala temple and beach in the same trip which is a good tour to enjoy.

A beautiful place located at approx. 17 kms from Trivandrum city. Here you can buy all kinds of plants at reasonable rate. It's a good place to hangout with your friends on holidays. A completely nature friendly place. You can also buy planting accessories like pots and pruning materials. They also sell manures and plant hormones. In one word I can say that it is an one stop destination for all your gardening needs. One negative thing about them is that rate of some plants are extremely high from the market rate. Otherwise their service was ok. Most of the time the parking space is full. So it is suggested that they should take measures to accommodate vehicles.

Clearly the best place for a plantsman! This place is soo huge with a variety of plants/seeds/creepers etc. Went to buy a single plant came back with 20plants. As a person who have bought plants from city nursery; felt this place as pocket friendly. (Tip: be prepared to walk;have water and a snack)

May be the best botanic garden in Trivandrum district. Almost all varieties of plant materials both indian, middle East and oriental are available. The garden covers a large area. The prices of plants material is very affordable and infact available at almost half the price when compared with that of other plants nurseries. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will bring everything you have ordered to the cash counter. I ordered two nos of Malaysian dwarf coconut saplings and one Thailand mango saplings which were made available by the staff at the cash counter with out delay. The cons of this garden are 1. The garden is situated in a rather remote area which makes simple purchase of one or two species nonviable. 2. Very congested parking area. Otherwise this garden is the final destination of plants materials.

A huge botanical garden tucked into a landscaped valley between two hills. A stream runs through it and feeds a pond in the middle. They have a huge collection of all kinds of plants, trees and garden decor. Relatively cheaper than almost anywhere I have visited. They also have an art exhibition thing with bonsai trees for which they charge 20RS per head. Worth it.

Kuzhipallam Botanical Garden is one of the best botanical garden i had ever visited. It is well maintained And even Plants and Bonsai trees are maintained well. And the Xerophytic garden is fantastic here
