I recently visited this parlour, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and skilled, and the atmosphere was inviting. The services offered were really good especially pedicure and facial.
Things to be improved: Lighting inside the parlour can be improved.

Did hair setting for an event and they pretty well did the job. But two people were there to do the setting. Apart from that it was all good

Deepa chechi did a superb matte finish makeup for me. It was a dream look for me. Extremely happy with her services. And the salon is superb hygienic. Thank you so much for the makeover chechi.

Appointment are made in advance and I like the on-time, clean, friendly and professional service at La Nila.

I have been visiting La Nila for over 5 years. The services provided are immaculate and affordable. The staff is very friendly and pays close attention to detail. I would say it is definitely one of the best parlours in Cochin.

Highly disappointing service
Pros: none, well it’s not crowded so there’s that, staff are polite although incompetent.
Cons: poor quality of service - not satisfying to the customer- they skip steps in between a procedure and one gets the feeling that they have no clear idea on how to do it,
way OVERPRICED, not well trained staff, below par hygiene (just see their towels), not great products for skin.
Will not recommend.

I had done hair smoothening here, Almost 8 months before. It's really worth it. Staffs are also really friendly. They give you good suggestions.
