We had the lasagna and the chicken BBQ pizza, which was good.
They were promoting their '50% discount' on selected days, but they told they don't have it now. (Sensible way is to take down those stickers), felt like it was a bad way of driving in ppl

Tried a regular Margherita pizza with chicken tikka toppings, it was my first time. Loved it. Good food and good experience. Customer friendly employees

Awful quality. I ordered from zomatoe. And recieved an awful product. Not worth for money. No support from zomatoe. Uploaded videos too but asking us to review on restaurant page. Pls don't go here for pizza. Better options are available

Best pizza i had in Ernakulam. They have amazing verieties too. Loved every single bite and still craved for more.

The beautiful dining space, perfect ambience Pasta was good but didn't have wow factor. They have cool mugs for drinks.and a wide range of dishes in their menu. And the main thing is prices are very reasonable.

Today we ordered a Margherita. Generally, the food here has been good. But today's was the worst. I'm pretty sure the food was from yesterday or worse. It tastes so stale and it was hard like a rock

Pizza was nice and tasty! Moreover, it was soft, crispy, fresh! The stuffed garlic bread sticks were also amazing!
However, for dine in customers the ambience could be made better

The food was good, I had always ordered from here online so wanted to check out this place. But to my utter disappointment the place was not as neat as I had expected. The staff were always talking among themselves too loudly and were not bothered to attend the customer. I understand that it's a self-service restaurant, but they could have notified us. Since we didn't see anyone come, we walked to the counter to find the self-service board. They served out food in aluminium parcel containers that are used for take-aways, which we felt was a total let down. They could have served it in normal plates. Coming to the food, the pasta was good, the texture and flavours were fine. We felt the lasagne could have been better.

Inside the staff isn't organised at all. Full of confusion and no one able to explain any thing on the menu. Food is good though. Bit of discipline and procedure, and trained staff could make this place a nice one.

Pathetic. Ordered monster pizza for my son's b day.additional toppings were charged but not added to the pizza.italiano pasta was plain boiled pasta.worst experience

15 min they said about the preparation time of pizza but it almost took half an hour so just multiply by 2

Hi,
we ordered for Veg pizza and garlic bread. Both are below average. Both are over priced for the portion size. The Pizza sauce used is sour and over sweet. Crust bit hard. Garlic bread is just any normal thin slice of bread with some butter on it.

I ordered via Zomato and I received a pizza with hair in its crust. The pizza was horrible.crust so dry.
Not hygienic

The restaurant looks very shabby. There are pizza boxes strewn around in front, lots of flies and the place seems a bit dingy.
Seems like a nice place for the Swiggy guys to hang out, rather than a place to dine-in. They didn’t have plates or cups when we asked. The pizzas are really good though, so I’d rather order in from them than dine-in there.

Tidy and the delivery boxes are kept over the tables and the it is nice to take online delivery. The floors are dirty.

Pizzas are average, I ordered four different pizzas, but they were all average. Along with this I ordered garlic bread, they used poor quality bread, I thinks it modern bread or something, but it was not great. Staff behavior is not so professional. Since it was a takeaway, they didn't give me any carry bags to takeaway all the pizzas.

The cashier or store in charge din't disclose the option of online booking while taking the order. They had 50 percent discount in online booking.i have been to many other eateries where the store in charge used to explain regarding online offers. I feel la pinoos management should put an effort to train their staff in vennala outlet. I will think twice before going to a la pinoz outlet. The food was yummy

Pathetic pizzas.order 2pizzas in the BOGO offer and both were sick. Tastes like old pizzas, cold and bad taste. Horrible, never again going back there for any of their foods.
Ordered just this evening at 830, got it delivered at 1030pm, 2 hours late. Sick to the core. Never will recommend to anyone, not even my foes.

I ordered a cheesy chicken pizza, and they saying it's a giant size, and I'm blaming myself for ordering this stupid thing by spending my 315 rupees, very lil quantity and literally waste of money guys
