I had the best time designing my gown with the Team especially my designer Priyanka. I placed my wedding gown order via online and like all other brides i was too nervous. From drawing the sketch till delivery they made sure that i was fully involved in the process. Priyanka was my designer. She is a gem person and sooo kind with the customer. As a bride i had numerous doubts, questions and concerns. Throughout the journey she gave me assurance and had the patience to deal all my doubts. The team regularly updated me with the progress including pictures which made it soo easy for me to understand. Thank you soo much for the bestt outfit i can ever have️️

I chose Label’M to design my lehenga and wedding gown for my big days.
Since I was staying outside India, I wanted someone whom I can communicate to online. Label’M made the whole process easy. They took my requirements and my picture through WhatsApp. They sent customized designs which suited me. Priyanka was my designer.
She included my requirements when she sent designs. She sent images of the gown at each stage. I was not sure if sending measurements online would work. Label’M surprised me here and the gown was well fitted. And best part they made sure the gown was ready on time!
I would totally recommend Label’M to design for your big day:)

I ordered a lahenga for my wedding reception. The lahenga in itself is pretty average with blouse work. I’m very much disappointed with the work and dupatta. According to price, 40k worth lahenga they have sends normal net dupatta with side normal work. Atleast I expected a good material dupatta rather than net shall. Moreover, I ordered the lahenga through online the customer communication is very very poor.

Very poor response. My wife contacted them for a custom made dress and the response from their designer after taking the requirements was that they would revert back and they never did. Hence very bad experience with them.

After wandering Cochin for weeks, finally came back to Label M for a haul of salwar sets.

My sister had a 1 lakh rupee saree made from here. The experience we had is similar to the other terrible ones mentioned in these reviews - poor quality materials, poor craftsmanship, unprofessional designer and staff, non responsive customer support, no respect for deadlines.

We made a mistake of going here without thoroughly checking the reviews.

I came here to stitch my bridal dress, but the staffs were not supportive. There was no enthusiasm for them to show or discuss things. Maybe they just assumed we wouldn't be able to afford it. Not quite happy.

I have always thought Label'M was a good brand and hence had decided to go with them for my bridal saree. However, I had a nightmare. Right from confusion in communicating the location for appointment, to changing the finalised design on their own, they have ensured that the bride is panicked to hell and her big day goes worse. They promised to make the delivery on a particular date and made us wait all day long at their production house till late 10.00 pm with no delivery at all! Imagine three hours travelling there to just get nothing! Customer communication and interaction was bad. Infact the designing started after the day we reached to collect my saree. They designed the blouse not as per discussion and on enquiry, they reworked for it to look half done. And if that was not enough, they made the delivery a day before the wedding at 12.00 am. The staff even played the blame game and communicated three different things to three different individuals who enquired with them on my behalf. After speaking to the owner, all that we got was a SORRY for the 55,000 saree.
They ensured I had no choice but to wear whatever they had designed. Had I had one day extra, I would have let off my 25000 rupees and worn something better from a different store. I feel horrible after seeing my saree which has trail of rectangle and cones, and falling beads.
I hope they don't treat others the same - discrimination based on the purchase amount. Advise to all: Choose the designer based on their work and interaction, and not their brands!

The sale is on guys in Labelm vytila and Mannath. They have amazing collection. Just bought 6 pairs sooper items. Hurry up to the store. Thanks a lot Labelm for always having the greatest collection.

Worst customer service I've seen in a while! I have no idea how so disrespectful and annoying a salesperson can be, to a customer. They do not even want the customers to buy from the shop!

It was my first time at LabelM and me and my sister are extremely happy with our dress which we wore for our brothers wedding day. The crop top and skirt was a perfect fit and we loved it. One of the best designers in kochi. Awsome casual wear collection and bridal collection. Thought it was very expensive but LabelM and Mannath has got unique collection in affordable range. And i bought a beautiful kurti for 1500. Thankyou LabelM for the great service!

What a rut of a store to shop at.i mean, they position themselves as a premium brand/store but the store downstairs and the one upstairs is a human oven. There are 4 visible ACs i see here but not a single one seems to operate.we’re getting cooked alive inside and add to that the Kochi humidity. Get your act together guys!
