Excellent place for a teetotaller as well as a connoisseur of drinks. Beautiful, kept clean and tidy. Spacious, so will feel freedom. Ample parking space. Great service. Recommended.

This hotel has 2 properties one is a new building with premium rooms and the other building is an old one it is located on the corner side of the property with the name heritage nonsea view and sea view.

Which are very bad rooms. The beds are not good, the room gets a wood smell, painting is not good. This old building is like 500 rs rooms.people who looking for budget-friendly rooms please be careful when you book. Better to do not book this hotel

In booking apps, they show new building photos which have premium rooms and sell old rooms to people who looking at a budget price.

As per my experience if you are looking for budget hotels at 3 to 4 k do not go for this property.

Quiet, peaceful surroundings, even the "heritage" rooms are well appointed. The staff is amazing, attentive and polite. The chef, Arun is world class! The front office is friendly and efficient. Our "go to" place to relax!

Horrible. The Kitchen and Waiting staff were not only discourteous but also totally rude. Property and location are good but have ended up in the wrong hands. Long story short. Avoid going there.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staffs, Ajay and deepti made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city and telling us the history.
Food was amazing
Whole resort was super clean and just a salute to the housekeeping team for such amazing effort
Aravind was very helpful and pleasing person from the time we made booking till departure.

Not even worth for 1star, the watchman behaviour was very rude. Deined early check-in & treated very badly. Not worth for Family & Couples. Even after informing about the early check-in & accepted the same by reservation executive, they denied to take the early check-in at 6 AM. Watchman literally pushed us out from resort & locked the resort. Very rude behaviour by the team.

It was a terrible experience staying there. The AC, lights and fan were having voltage fluctuations through out. AC kept making on and off noises. When I complained, staff had a very casual attitude blaming kseb. We had to endure this till 1 am, then changed to a smaller dirty room. Couldn't sleep at all. The sea view was obstructed with a building. Food was expensive with less quantity and maida chappathi. Breakfast items were almost over when we reached they didn't care to bring those finished items. Overall a horrible experience except for the location and awesome lawn. I would not recommend this place if you want a good night's sleep. Not worth the money.

A resort at ambalathara Trivandrum. Ambience is ok but no sea frontage. No direct access to the sea front. Food is average. Lacks amenities.

Its an amazing resort for in house parties. You can gather 200 people and have your own shindig, it is super cool for that.the location is a little to find though, it is fine. The food is also better than okay

Nice place. Look for sea facing rooms. No direct access to the beach from the hotel. Nearest beach is 6 kms away, which is Kovalam Beach.
Ordered lunch at the hotel. Food quality is good, but took more time than expected.

Went there to check the location as we are planning a get together. The rooms and the resort is very clean and comfortable. There is enough outdoor space for games. The parking lot is spacious. The approach road is being repaired but ok for cars and bikes. There is no beach access and there are small boats and kayaks to take you to a nearby beach. Overall looks good

Getting to the hotel is the only issue. The hotel has pool, beach visible from premises and good food. Overall it is a good hotel and the room rates and buffet is also well priced.

Good Resort with excellent view of backwater and Beach combining a nice Lagoon. You would love be here, if you are a lover of Silence and Nature.

Lagoona Beach resort is situated about 4 km from Kovalam. The ambience of the hotel is excellent. The staffs are helpful. The rooms are ok. The property is well maintained. I didn't not get reservations on my preferred resorts so had to book this place. The management needs to pay attention on the hospitality aspect. They need to step up a bit if they want to go 3/4/5 star resort. Food is expensive would be great if you can eat away. We we're only people who were staying at the resort so had the pool to ourself. Pool is small and has a depth of around 5 ft. Overall had a good stay. Will recommend if you are looking for a budget stay, do look out for other resorts near Kovalam beach if available.
