Awesome place for visiters, family vocation & friends:
Spent a week there with my friends was a memorable one: it worth the price/ staffs are super friendly, clean room and I personally like the swimming pool. Hope to visit again at the end of this year

The hotel is not maintained properly. The rooms were big. But got the smell like it wasn’t open for very long time. From all the rooms we checked. No options for food in the hotel. Morning we needed drinking water. But there was no one to ask for the help. We booked it for quite a cheap price. So considering that it’s fine. For one night we can stay if the prices are around 1000/ night

It is little hard to find the location but it is worth reaching there. Little maintenance is required in the childrens play area.

Because all facility is available in this resort. Manager is very good natured and helpful. Near backwaters. Communication is very good. Next time I will stay in this hotel. Thanks hoteliers and thanks goibibo.

Booked this place via Makemytrip.
Reached around 10 PM on 24Dec2017 and the attender was quiet rude and arguing with us on the room booking. There was a conflict on price and he was not allowing us to checking we had to call makemytrip helpdesk and took almost 30 minutes to checkin.
Finally owner came and apologized.

Not a great stay I would say.

For the price it is a good deal.comfortable stay but cannot feel being in Kumarakom. Staff were helpful.
