Lakesong Resort

I have never seen a mouse as big as the one hiding in the reception bar. When we reported it, the staff smiled and explained to us that this is normal for them.
The rooms are terrible: ruined sheets, damp and stained walls, uncomfortable and poorly functioning bathroom.
The external location, however, is beautiful. Sin.

Excellent resort in Kumarakom area. Rooms a bit old and need upgrades but over all a good place to get away for weekend and relax in the sun.

The hotel property and staff is very good. The scenic beauty from the property and the property is amazing. But services provided at that cost is not valueable. The room floors were also getting wet continously due to AC and it was very difficult to walk, even after mechanic was called there was no improvement.

Lakesong exceeded all my expectations with its stunning location, luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and attentive service. It's the perfect paradise for relaxing and unforgettable gateway.

We (5 families with small and big kids) stayed in Lakesong for a day. The resort was well maintained on the outside with really good service by the staff. Restaurant food was a bit pricey but quality was good. Cottage rooms were spacious but not that well maintained for a 4 star resort.

Lakesong resort has vast exterior facilities. Best for enjoying family time with fantastic lake views.
Sad to say the rooms are poorly maintained. Bath accessories such as soap dish not re-fixed, shower area clogged. Requires general cleaning and painting.

Awesome. A space that let the calm self rise and breathe purity and sense of home away from home.

Worth the price too

Location is the sole positive thing about this resort. We had to wait atleast 2 hours to check in, which was just the beginning of letdowns to follow. No covid protocols are followed in crowd control or hygeine. Forget sanitization, not even basic cleaning was being carried out. We could find overflowing trash cans and dirty plates left to be cleared in the corridors. Food is not even worth mentioning, the worst food you could ever ask for at exorbitant prices.

I was there with my wife in August of 2021 (Covid times) for a night, and the resort had only restarted a month back. The room, overall place were really great. We would have appreciated if there were some activities to do during the day. Although, we were told that's cause the covid restrictions are still not lifted completely. They have quite a lot parking spots. The food at the restaurant is quite good. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there and apart from the dinner the other two meals were really good. Dinner was kinda meh. You can get any of these meals delivered to you in your room through room service. They accept international credit cards, which was relief for us. I am guessing with a few more activities and things to do this can be a really great weekend getaway.

Very bad service, rooms also not cleaned, room service tooo bad and if any required time taking tooo much, food is too bad only local food available,

Place is good. Lakeside view. Good ambience. Food was not very satisfactory and options were very less.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. There is a direct path leading to the lake. The scenery was beautiful and it is relieving to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.

The food and rooms there are great. There were few issues as the resort was shut down for a long time due to covid and just reopened, but overlooking those, the stay there was a really good.

Zero maintenance. No Covid protocol. Manager is very headweighted. We checkEd out from the place with in hour.

I feel so so poor service in management And so petty on their service. They are no treating drivers as human. My drive showed me the bathroom condition. I feel their are not treatingdriver as a human been now in Covid also their had not clean any toilet of drivers.and I was so afraid that their staffalso dieing same toilet. If something happensto staff if also effect the same to guest also na.

Awesome ambience. You can spend times over there itself with variety of fun activities. Perfect option for nature lovers.

Calm and refreshing experience.
U should try full body massage at the resort. Rates are affordable and u feel rejuvenated.
Rooms are fantastic, even lightings are perfect.
Restaurant is just ok. They provide Complimentary breakfast as usual.

Good resort. Nice rooms. Food was good too. Lobby area and lawns are very picturesque. Lake view from the lawn and restaurant is really good.
Sign board is not visible from one approach road so you could miss it.

The resort offers amazing view. The services are good. Recreational activities are also engaging. The pool could be maintained in a better way, as the resort is situated in a tropical terrain.

Lake song resort is one of the best resort we have stayed in.this has so many activities and the staff is really humble and does everything they can to make you comfortable. It's a lush pl Roberts spread across 10 acres.our stay was very enjoyable and the manager upgraded us at no extra cost.

Kerala style resort, clean, good room service, but food was costly for us (since we were travelling for days we have to save more many to visit places), all those kumarakom resorts are in this area, so when selecting a resort go for resorts with private pools (coz there is a timing for common pools and dress codes. It's boring and uncomfortable to our privacy) (at the same time resorts with private pools are bit costly then others). To summarise go to these resorts if and only if when planning to stay for more than 2 days.otherwise it's waste of our money.

It was a nice experience, nature at its best, excellent service, beautiful ambience, warm staff and good food, what else do you require on a holiday.
