Food was good. Clean restrooms. Good parking. Overall ok. Service slow and needs improvement.

The restaurant is located in the Highway with the Kanjar river in the front, which provides a spectacular view. The restaurant is spacious and has really good ambience.

The food they provide is also of good quality. Previously their Tandoori chicken and Butter chicken were tooo good, but it's not the same now. But now, the Alfaham is really good compared to the other restaurants nearby. I think they provide home delivery also (they were doing during Covid). The customer service is also great. Overall, a good option for the tourists as well as residents.

The food at lakewood is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price.

Quit peacefull place with larger parking facility and infrastructure.you will definitely explore a good nature vibe in here as this cafe locates near a lake and hills.

The food quality is good. I had masala dosa and tea.mind your step when you enter into the restaurant as there is a hidden step, which is wooden covered.

The place has good meals and the biriyani was also good. Would recommend to eat here before going to Vagamon.

Chicken biryani and meals was good, beef fry taste amazing, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, opposite side of the restaurant there a river and a small park.

Amazing customer service. Toilets are very clean. We were travelling from ernakulam to idukki, best pit stop for food and rest. This place has the best view of the lake and has an amazing open restaurant which is very close to the nature. I have tried the shawarma and alfaham both tasted good. They have a big parking too.

One of the worst restarunt. We had Vegetable meals from here and cost was 100Rs per person. The food tastes very bad and it caused food poision for us.

Decent food, usually never expected that standard in food but was good, but expect delays, mixed noodles caused me 30 mins delay and a lime soda took 30 mins to appear, but quality and quantity of food is decent

Food is average with affordable price. The customer service is good. The food is not served hot. The interior is superb, but not that worth. But if you want to try. Yeah, not bad

We were on our way back from Vagamon & the place was a perfect place to rest with delicious food. We ordered Veg Fried rice & Chilli Chicken.
The Chicken was moist, cooked and properly seasoned. The Vegetables in the fried rice were cooked to perfection when combined and cooked with simple seasoned long grain rice. It was amazing. Rejuvenated, we were able to continue our journey back to our home town. A must go place near moolamattam. #Hospitality #Ambience #DeliciousFood

A great place for the hangouts. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. Food is pretty good with an extensive menu. One of the best restaurants around.

The place is beautiful.we are sitting on the banks of Malankara water reservoir.

Had stopped over for some chai this morning. They are located just after kanjar town on the way to Moolamattom. Tea for ok. But the bearer wasn't wearing a mask and neither were the staff on the kitchen. Since it's omicron days, I preferred to stay out so noticed this as the doors to the kitchen opened.
The ambiance of thr hotel is nice. As it's located near the river side. There is a gentle breeze that can be felt as you enter the premise.
I hope they take notice and better equip themselves with COVID appropriate people skills.
