Lakezone Holiday Resort

I booked lakeview room with a balcony and breakfast.it's a new hotel, Room very spacious, nicely maintained, very close to kukumalai, Arum and Vinod chetta are really humble, respectable and helpfull. They have in house restaurant and they make good food, north indian Chinese and of course local food.thr breakfast that they served was bhaji puri, idli with chatni and sambr, jam bread and tea or coffee.food was definitely good. If you check other properties near by, it's costly but I found this 1 in a budget with good view and breakfast.

They also helped to get a sharing jeep to go to kukumalai.

So look no further.

Location is great, view from hotel is awesome. Rooms were clean, shower was not working and they couldn't resolve it. Food is below average. Parking is available for 4-5 cars.

Great property located in chinnakannal. Parking available and restaurant with room service. Awesome view from the balcony and peaceful morning view. Normal night weather will go below 10 degrees. Location at higher altitudes suited for Family friends Vacation business visits.

We stayed at Lake zone for three nights.we selected a family room on topmost floor. The view from the room was lovely. The weather was lovely during our visit (January). The resort is very well maintained, food is fresh, tasty and well presented. The room is spacious.washrooms very well maintained. Hot water available 24/7. Staff are very friendly and cordial.service is fast. A true value for money. I was surprised that the hotel is about 15 years old. Highly recommended. Family room can have couple of more charging points.

One of our best vacations in Munnar. The resort is simply superb and worth the cost. Hotel staffs are very friendly and provided excellent service. The owner's hospitality amazed us. Very well maintained and clean rooms. We had a nice and pleasant view of the Anayirangal lake from the balcony. We enjoyed the new year a lot with our kids and friends. Thank you Lakezone for all the arrangements.

Nice place with family. Food is good. Love the lake view. Very calm. Outside the main road.

We were 9 people including 3kids stayed in top floor. Overall the stay was really awesome. Lake view is really ultimate from this resort. Rooms are very clean and bathroom are sanitised. We usually carry blankets and don’t use hotel blankets, but here we have used provided blankets becoz they were super clean.
Pros: Location, hygienic rooms, breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom Taps are loose and plastic doors looks cheap.

Lakezone is away from the crowd.and it's near to Anayirangal Dam where we can enjoy boating.
Rooms are well maintained and we enjoyed the view of lake from our room. Lakzone provides a stay at affordable price at Chinnakanal.
More over, the hospitality of the property owner Mr. Tomy and his staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Lake Zone.

In addition to this, the complimentary breakfast and other paid meals are really great.

Good for family. Matured bachelors too can try this property.but keep this in mind that this resort is more or less like a hotel so don't expect anything great other than a clean and spacious room.

Located bit lower side of the hill so mist is low. Not all rooms having balcony. But rooms are neat clean. Safe place.

Excellent breakfast, definitely one of the best complimentary breakfast I ever had from a resort. Also note you can have good food from a hotel named breeze which is around 2km nearby if you are on a budget trip.

Rooms, service and location is really good. Quite budget friendly and rooms were available at the last minute.

Parking space is less though they mange to accommodate a good number of vehicles.

Rooms are clean. We went in October and the temperature gets quite cold in the evenings.

We didn't have food there so we are not sure of the quality and the taste.

The hosts are very kind and polite.

Had a very pleasant stay in this facility.care takers were friendly and accommodating.great food too.

Chinakkanal town itself, clean and well maintained rooms, very helpful staffs, budget friendly and the food is also pretty good.

The hospitality of the host Tomy is excellent. The hotel provides the best view of the dam that too at the most affordable price at Chinnakanal.

A Good and affordable place to stay at chinnakanal, we stayed here for one day for Kolkumali visit. You could enjoy lake view from some rooms.
Staff is cooperative and courteous. Food quality is good, specially morning complementary breakfast was awesome.
Their garden is also well maintained and have variety of flowers.
Rooms are neet and clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay. Hospitality of the resort people is excellent. It's little far from Munnar town but you'll enjoy the ride from resort to Munnar town. By evening 9pm everything will be closed and see no one on the roads. Rooms are clean and tidy with all facilities.

Neat and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Beautiful view of Lake from room. They arranged Jeep to reach kolukkumalai for viewing sunrise. Friendly staff.

Great view of Anayirankal dam from the balcony. Rooms are good enough for the price. Clean and well maintained toilets and has a restaurant that serves good food with love. They can also provide you with all the assistance required for going to Kolukkumalai to see the Sunrise which is a must visit attraction nearby

Hospitality was good. Had restaurant facility which was better compared to local hotels near by.

Awsome spacious and neat rooms with fentabulous view of the lake in front and mountain behind at a reasonable price. Very courteous host who makes sure u get a homely feel especially when it comes to the food at the restaurent which is elegently set.

Good budget hotel, especially for families. They have spacious family rooms with 2 cots, where 4 adults can comfortably stay which was the best part that I liked. Breakfast was homely, good and fresh. Good area, clean bathroom, adequate parking space and a good garden with outside under-a-hut dining area. They will arrange kolukkumalai sunrise jeep ride from hotel itself. Good, responsible caretakers ensuring guest satisfaction. Overall a pleasant experience.
