Pathetic administration. I am writing this now from the surgical OP waiting room. They asked me to come at 2 pm. I have arrived here sharp at 2 pm and waiting here. Its almost one and a half hour now. No nursing staff, hospital attendants available here. Nobody bothered to say the reason for delay. When I shouted now, one lady staff came and said that OP is there only till 2pm. Then why did they ask me to come here and collcted 350 rupees from me? Pathetic administration.

Normal room was too short and wall covered half bricks and half transparent glass. So we couldn't sleep at night due to neighbour room boy was cried and always they are turn on light.
Then the toilet was full of mosquitoes. Hospital management should be fix mosquito net inside the toilet window.

We had a beautiful experience at Lakshmi Hospital, especially thanks to the caring nature of Nurses Nisha and Sanjana. They truly exemplified the meaning of hospitality and care. Our angioplasty treatment was a wonderful experience

Have moderate fecility with high cost, Especial ward, around 2050/ 1 day and the AC cabins (900/day) are even funnier so hot and there is a medium mosquito farm in it.
& The worse thing is No parking system

Yet another worst experience hospital in Palakkad, Radiologist Doctor seems to be busy with his choir and dont bother to come to hospital in said time, I had to wait for 3 hours to do a arterial doppler for my mom. Hospital has very bad hygiene and facility, power shut down is a regular show in every half an hour
Please, fellow palakkad we still dont have a better hospital for our care.we are still dependent at thirsur or cbe

This is the worst hospital ever! No punctuality of doctors. Consider waiting for 2 hours every time you visit them. Wont even give them 1 star

Worst experience I had with a hospital.
This hospital shouldn't exist in my opinion. Poor service, disrespectful behaviour towards patients especially towards people from rural areas. I witnessed it and I'm deeply disheartened by it.

Above all, it's a UNORGANISED MESS!

It is high time this hospital implements standard processes for OPD patients and special care is taken for senior citizens so that the waiting time is reduced and the patient need not wait for the entire day for consultation. A humble request to the management please value other people's time.

Dr Jayagopal cardiologist, wrost Dr I have ever seen, he is totaly unfit for medical profession. He doesn't know how to treat patients, he is very rude and sarcastic behaviour. We have to wait more than 4 hours to see him, but he won't spend atleast 1 minute with patients. Please don't bring your beloveds to this hospital. The way behaviour of Dr will increase the your sickness.

We hope that the hospital takes initiative in improving the service at the scan department. Despite multiple confirmation on the availability of the doctors, and then fixing the time of scan, patients hv to wait long hours, without any information on the doctors delay

I recently visited this hospital for my wife’s treatment and it was disappointing to see a hospital with unhygienic washrooms. Unacceptable. I usually do not write reviews but this is really not up to the standards of any private hospitals. They have to gear up with hygiene

Horrible hospital. Such an unorganised management. They give us a time slot, we go there on time and they make us wait for the entire day! The doctor is also rude, not giving straight answers to our queries.
I'd suggest you take your entire day if you want to get things done here as they'll make us wait the whole day even if our appointment was in the morning. I've never seen a hospital worse than this!

Such a horrible experience.had to visit this particular hospital for my mother's minor surgery.had scheduled the date and time of the surgery 2 weeks prior.they asked us to be there around 12: 45 p.m. Had to wait there for 7-8 hours because the doctor was busy with emergency operations and then he was busy with o/p. I wonder whether they know the meaning of prior appointment or booking.such a reputed hospital and just one surgeon juggling between surgeries and o/p. SHAME! I must say that, they have the least professionalism and.it is a highly disorganised hospital with no respect to patient's time or condition. I would never ever visit this hospital neither would suggest or recommend this hospital to anyone else. Totally disgusting. Don't ever bring your dear ones to this hospital. Nothing is good there. I tried contacting a Doctor who treated my mom while she was in ICU and after that but that so called Doctor didn't have minimum decency to respond back. Many people say that Doctors are very kind hearted but here I couldn't find.

100% genuine review from my heart. Gyno doctor BINDU is the worst doctor i have ever experienced.the way she treated was inhuman and talking rubbish to 8month pregnant women noting "u r child will die" saying "mandha bhuthi child u might deliver". How can a doctor speak soo rubbish and nasty to patient? Never seen such a lady with soo much negativity. And in the 1st month itself she is giving her personal number to OP patient mentioning in the hospital record papers to meet her personally in home and treating them in different way and if we visit her in hospital that approaching in different way.trying to take all hospital patients to her home.management pls make a note of this.prescribing enormous of medicine for no good reason.medicine which she gives can only brought from her house.we wont able to get it outside.never seen such a women ever in medical field.behaving As if she is running this hospital for free of cost.general hospital doctors are far better than this women.so bad.people with little amount of brain will never go to her for sure.

Don't expect any level of good service here. If you have an appointment, please make a full day scheduled for this. No proper process here, even to the Senior Doctor. Other hospitals in Palakkad I never faced any such issues and delay. If any of hospital personnel read this, then plz take necessary steps to correct it, posted this comment for the same.

Pls don't go to this hospital.better to find the government hospital. This is an institutions focusing on the how to earn money from the patients. Treatment is very poor. Testing the patience of the patients.my suggetion to those who are planning to go this hospital.pls find an online treatment, that is btr than this hospital. Never think to take treatment with insurence protection because they will collect insurense fund along with patients fund.insurance bill is triple than actual bill.

Getting Dr. Jayagopal consultation is equal to visit Guruvayur Temple during Ekadashi.
Minimum 3hrs waiting time to see him in person

The hospital is listed in CoWin and had slots available for Covishield Vaccine. But the hospital staff refused to give vaccine with the reason "We don't want to open a new vial since 9 shots might get wasted! ". Also asked me to understand their situation. Me driving 35kms one direction to get vaccinated is not an issue for them. If this was happening at late evening, I can understand that. But this was at noon. The hospital manager was pathetic and doesn't care about patients/customers. Pathetic attitude. The hospital is running just because of Dr Jayagopal's reputation and I have huge respect for him.

There is a big communication gap between patient/bystanders and Doctor. So many tests are doing but you don't know the result and why it is carrying out. Never explain the status of illness, consequences and remedies.

Nursing staffs are very energetic only before the doctor visits after that you need to follow up them even for the medicine list.

This is just my personal experiance.

Dirtiest hospital. Not at all organised. Good chance to get covid positive. No crowd management. No ventilation in OP waiting area.

1. As the remaining users mentioned, waiting time is more. We have waited around 4-5 hours for the consultation and test results
2. There is two major building for this hospital, both are opposite side and in between state highway is going. Patients need to cross the road for each test and reports. There should be some fly over or underground path to connect both side of building/hospital.
3. No vehicle parking space for patients, need to park the vehicle n side of main road
4. Canteen and route to there is worst
5. Not satisfied with doctor treatment
6. No token system, patients dont know how much time they need to wait.we won't get any proper answer from the staff/nurses if we asks the timing

Really horrible experience, no doctors r bothered to examine the patients and the rooms and service is like a govt hospital while bill is like a 5 star hospital

Dr's are good but the people working in this hospital starting from reception no one knows how to take care of patients and bystanders They talk to people like they are interrogating them. Bad experience from my point of view

If you have a lot of time to spare, go to this hospital as the slot given is never followed. Doctors here behave like they are Demi Gods and have no respect for time and condition of patients. This place has detorirated with passing time with very unproffesional doctors, especially their Urology people. Waiting time is anywhere between 1 to 3 hours from the time that your appointment is given. If you really have an emergency and you go here, Only God can decide if he can save you. Please don't go to this place. No staff in hospital is courteous and all are rude to the core

Poor hospital and their only aim to squeeze money from poor.please dont suggest this hospital on critical cardiac problems.i am having a worst experience from this hospital as my fathers brother admitted on a cardiac arrest.without proper checking they had done angioplasty in that critical stage and he died.they charged nearly one lakh and fifty thousand rupees for 24 hours.worst experience.

Pathetic service. The so-called doctors are an arrogant bunch. The staff are hopeless. The personnel here don't even have the P of professionalism. To get the discharge summary and prescription itself is a daunting task. Falling sick is unfortunate. Getting admitted in a hospital is very unfortunate. Worst procedures and coordinations. Being a local of palakkad i heard lot about their negligence & sluggish behaviour and was not clear till i experienced it. Even after repeated NEGLIGENCE from them peoples are forced to choose because of less medical facility in palakkad. No proper coordination and transparency of information. Interested only in billing, test billed for and test conducted will be different. No proper lab facilities, for advanced tests they will sent the specimen (for eg: tissue biopsy) all over india right from kashmir to kanyakumari for unnecessary delays and Still will come up with non conclusive reports and depleted specimen/ slides. After all aspects in billing only they will refer to other hospitals. If you question them they will put blame on each other like, lab technician will tell ask doctor, doctor will tell ask lab technician etc and if we found their foul play doctor will loose cool. Recommended for Cough and cold, even for fever i doubt. All the good ratings here are either staffs and relatives of hospitals or a paid one i feel.

Unnecessary delays caused. The lab people don't give a prompt reply on what we ask. Doctors get angry if we went to them for some clarifications. No value for patient and they utilise the helplessness of people. Expensive also.

One of the worst hospital in Palakkad bludy staffs in reception and enquiry.no one serious about patient care every time loos talking and chatting to enjoying. Time waste and money waste hospital.

Cardiologist is the most egoist and rude person who would only listen to some of his nurses and not listen to relatives or co doctors. He actually told my grandmother that my grand father would die just to satisfy his ego and overpower our helplessness. And they have long long waiting hours. You can actually book your tickets to Bangalore and fly instead of investing your time in this hospital and get better treatment.
