Whatever your condition is, whether emergency, very old patient, wheel chair, it does not matter. You have to wait for 3-4 hrs to see the doctor. Even after taking x-ray, you have to wait hours to see the doctor. Not an organized clinic.

Very bad service at reception and even pediatrician Dr Thulasi she is not at all concerned about the patients. I bought my 9 month old baby and 5 year old kid both the staffs they are telling doctor want to go early we came in the reception 5.25 and there was no queue that two female staffs in the reception wasting time there and inside Dr Thulasi she rejected for treating by saying we didn't hear nurses calling our children's name.

I have very bad experience with this hospital.i was showed doctor najumunneesa.she is very rude and not talk to patients well.my sugar level became decrease in last trimisters and she never minded it.so it effected in my labour time. And also she prefer admit me 4 days before the due date and wait 4 days for normal delivery.but day after admission they do c section.
And also services of sisters are very bad. They did not change even bedsheet daily. They keep same bedsheet till iam discharged. Also they didn't gave proper care to patients.
Very unsatisfied.especially doctor nejumuneesa.

The staff members are also very helpful.

I have felt the presence of God in various occasions throughout my life, but Dr. Bibin Johny is a true embodiment of God's love and care.

While other hospitals tried to extort money from us, we are glad that we chose Lakshmi Hospital and Dr. Balachandran to perform the surgery. My son is now in good health. I had visited Lakshmi hospital during my pregnancy period. The doctors were very caring and supportive. The nursing care provided was also good. The NICU facilities provided also were quite good.

I was admitted in this Hospital for Uro treatment Under Dr Krishna Moorthy Sir. His treatment is Good and hospital duty nurse Services and Caring is more satisfactory.

All are Good and satisfactory.

This hospital is excellent for children. The conduct of all the doctors, nurses, and staff members is exemplary. They all readily offer their assistance and dedicate themselves to spending quality time with patients. Their devotion and ease of manner make for a truly positive experience.

Lakshmi is a budget hospital. No higher charging. Doctors detailed about the progress and plan of treatment on a daily basis and they clarified all of our concern when ever we asked. Especially Dr Raghu k wariyar. A young charm dedicated doctor. This is the first time we used Lakshmi hospital facility for inpatient treatment. One of my friend suggested Lakshmi hospital name for availing medical facility. Every day morning two of their staffs came to our room for enquiring the status too. My prayers will be with u you all of the doctors, nursing staffs and other supporting staffs of Lakshmi hospital group.

The hospital services are good. Our mom consulted Dr. Chinju more than 3 times and she don't know how to treat a patient and she doesn't have manners or how to talk to a patient especially the patient suffering from mental issues. In my opinion, psychiatrist should want a good behaviour and friendly & positive approach towards patients. Otherwise how the patients recover the disease. Dr. Chinju is a bad doctor I ever seen.

Dr. Anil Balachandran is an incredibly renowned and experienced cardiologist. He possesses exceptional medical knowledge and provides clear explanations of procedures and interventions, making him an invaluable resource throughout my care. Furthermore, he has been available 24/7, consistently demonstrating his dedication to providing exceptional patient care. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under his capable and compassionate care.

Dr. Anil Balachandran has consistently demonstrated his down-to-earth demeanor, swiftly undertaking procedures and making critical decisions as necessary. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking cardiac healthcare. My family and I will certainly approach him for all of our future cardiac care needs.

Additionally, the ICU care was excellent, and the staff in the CCU were incredibly helpful.

Excellent staff (sisters and doctors) and helpful. Total focus on patient health and 100% focus on quick recovery.
Management needs to be bit prompt and need more staff for better patient management.
Discharge process is slow.
Canteen is good but scope for increasing menu items is there.
