Stay is awesome and the ambiance is so good and the backwaters view is pretty beautiful at evening. Place is good to have party

Before you book the place, this is one of the worst place to stay with friends or if you are comming as a couple. The owner is nosy and kept on interrupting us inbetween the party. The dirty sheets and pest infested floors just adds to the bad experience.
Only thing good was the view.

Had a good time with friends there. The owner Mr. Laalan was cooperative, and was taking care of all guests. Three groups were there during our visit. We really enjoyed it.

Very good ambiance and water frontage rooms.

Very good behavior and also dropped us at the bus stand by his bullet after checked out from his homestay.

Worst experience with the Management. Scenery is good to some extant. But facilities are too bad. Fans are rotating only if wind blows. Rooms are not at all maintained. Mosquito biting is worst experience anyone can faced while at staying here due to the above reasons and the owner can leave you at the gates if you ask for a solution.
If you ask about any issue to the owner, he will simply ask us to cancel the room no matter whether it is noon, evening or even midnight.

We felt that, making troubles in a nicely going party at this place is one of his entertainment. Please don't take this review as silly, u can also experience this.

Very bad behavior from mr. Lalan (home stay owner. Room book cheydapo thanne dinnerum book cheydirunu. Stay cheyuna divasam dinner book cheydatila ennu paranju kayi ozhinju. Vallare mosham attitude ayirinu pulliyudethu. Very bad experience.

Rooms conditions are okay. Location is not maintained properly. Service is bad. Food we can adjust.
