I stayed here for two nights. Very neat place and staff is very friendly and nice. Over all good hospitality.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely clean hotel specially the washrooms. Staff was sooo polite and helpful.and not to forget the wonderful view from the hotel Thank u giving us such a lovely experience

I had a disgusting experience at this restaurant. Me and my family visited Munnar and decided to stop by for lunch. There was not a single person in the restaurant nor were the lights even turned on. I was a bit hesitant to eat here seeing the ambience and not a lot of items on their menu were available. The staff who took the order did not even speak the language nor did he show any hospitality. The cutlery was not clean for use and had stains all over them. Their paper straws had tiny spider webs along with the spider in them. How does this go missed? Where are the regular checks? We brought this to the owner’s attention and he agreed for their mistake but it is not simply acceptable especially being a health risk for many.
The management needs to take responsibility and provide better care for their food hygiene all the time!

Las Palmas resort 6km from Munnar town.good climate.staffs are understanding and good hospitality.

A perfect place to stay near munnar. City is far about 8 kms. Rooms are larger, service is nice and gas geyser is available (good per safety). Buffet Breakfast is available only 200 rs per person. You can't buy by order.

A good one for a nyt stay in munnar. Its located around 7 km distance in munnar and the staffs and customer service is so good

Nice hotel with good restaurant. The two guys in the restaurant are very quiet and obedient.their service is good.we stayed for 2 days here. They provided kettle for tea, Hot water availability, intercom, wifi. Only thing is there is no fan in our room, I don't know why.overall experience is good.

We stayed in this place for 2 nights.
Good:
1. Location: It is about 7kms from munnar town and is situated closer to sunset view point, lockheart tea park, gap view, chinnakanel waterfalls etc. A good place if you are driving or touring by cab.
2. Staff are very courteous, polite and were helpful.
3. The room, restroom were clean. Hot water shower was good.
4. Buffet breakfast was decent. The buffet normally includes a fruit juice, 1 north indian item like chole bature or poori, 1 south indian item like idli or dosa, corn flakes, bread butter/jam, coffee/tea. Restaurant had only 2 customer facing staff members and due to crowd they took time to fulfill our requests.

Bad:
1. The hotel has less parking space. We can park 5-7 vehicles in front
2. Road leading to the hotel for about 1.5 kms is bad as of October 2022. Road widening work is going on and will be good once that completes.
3. The bathroom even though looked clean (deluxe room) had a foul smell and was stinking when we checked in. The smell went away after an hour or two. The manager Eldos was helpful and arranged a better room for us next day which had a good view and was bigger in size and did not have any smell.
4. Wifi speed is slow. TV has limited channels. USB didn't work properly on the TV.
5. Dinner buffet spread is limited and can be improved. The food taste was average and has a scope for improvement.

We had biriyani and Chapathi chicken curry. The chapathi and chicken cury was good.but the biriyani is not up to the mark and not worthy for the price.everything else including cleanliness and service is good.

It's a pleasant experience to stay in this property. Extravagant room for a price range with complementary breakfast. Decent and friendly staff. There is nothing to say wow for food, but moderately tasty.

Rooms: A good 3 star hotel. We got two rooms, out of which one was amazing. The view from window was amazing, as well as from the terrace. Bathrooms were clean but had a stink.
Service: Service was average, WiFi didn't have any speed and there was no network.
Location: Location is far from Munnar town, roads are under construction so the condition is bad. Only good point is the view in the way of Munnar.

Rooms are very neat and clean room and bathroom hot water available.rent 3000 for two adults stay breakfast is free since we are 3 members they charged additional 200 for breakfast only. Food are arranged here for dinner they charge 300 for non veg and 275 for vegetarian food. Parking facilities are available but only little space is there.

Descent place. Good location, very good rooms and ambience. Recommend for staying with family. But service need to improve. TV was not working, and hot water was not available and we had to waste lot of water to get little hot water. Management need to look into this wastage of water. Overall it was good.

Room is not as expected and also the food is not upto the mark. A bit far from Munnar (6km) and the place is currently not good because of road works and rains.

This hotel is located near munnar! Which has resturant to serve quality and tasty food to its guests, there best positive is friendly staffs.

This place is extremely good. Well maintained clean rooms, good food and a wonderful hospitality from Staff and a reasonable pricing for stay and food.
There arent much hotels around so less crowded, less noisy except for the vehicles moving through Gap road Highway.
There are few places where you feel like returning after leaving there. This place is like that.

I was there last two days with family, Nice rooms and friendly staffs.
Location is far away from Munnar market, but nice and silent.
Food and service were great.
Only BSNL available, no other options.

Its a wonderful night at here. Such a cool place and very neat hotel. Rooms and services are great. There restaurant is one of the best. Lot of menu they have. Specially Kerala Chicken Curry is out of the world.
Small problem at this location is, here no other network providers are not working than BNSL. For the internet using hotel give personal Wi-Fi for each under their server.

A good hotel no doubts there but is atleast 5 km from main city so if you want to stay here you have to have your own vehicle to visit the local market and as a side note the road leading to this hotel is new and has incident of rocks falling according to the locals

Las Palmas in Munnar is an awesome hotel. I was with my family on a holiday. I loved the interiors. Rooms are clean and lovely. Toilet is also very clean. The hotel lobby is beautiful. I would recommend place for stay in Munnar. The view of the forest is also amazing from here. The food is ok. Not that great and very costly. But breakfast awesome. I loved this place.

Very beautiful location full of privacy. The staff is very supportive and polite. Its a very lovely location stay away from all the sounds and traffic in between mountains. They have wifi and hot geaser. Atmosphere is cold here as its in between forest. Very peaceful. Best part is their food on top floor they have restaurant which serves best in town food at most reasonable rates.

This place is 6 km away from Munnar town, you can not go anywhere in the evening because it is situated in forest, here is no market place if you need a single pill for fever or something it is not available, it is a place for people who love silence and am a person whose husband do not loves silence, even no scenic beauty is available

Ok option for Devikulam. Don't expect miracles in taste. Service staff a bit impolite, pushing us to pay them and leave, even though restaurant was almost empty.

Hotel is good but is far from Munnar town, arpund 5-6km. There's no network availability at this place except BSNL. Not much view point. Room and food is good. But they should change the bed and mattress, it's not comfortable.

Its a part of SeaLord group of hotels, Location wise its around 6 kms before Munnar colony.hotel rooms are beautiful.actually every room is well maintained and clean, however suggest to get top level rooms. It has Doof restaurant which is really good.loved the buffet.soft music and decent staff. People are helpful. Manager is coordinating.view is amazing.with melodious birds hummings. Surrounded by lots of trees and mountain great view.can bring other amenities too for more fun.otherwise its seriously good.go for it folks.

We were in a group of 4. And two of my friends ate "paneer kadai" at this restaurant. They were up all night vomiting and with diarrhoea. So definitely there is highly questionable hygiene standards. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Las Palmas Hotel is quiet far from the main town Munnar, But still this place is quiet and conveniently located on Munnar Highway towards Madurai. In season time these hotels help the toursits a lot in providing good rooms with nominal price.
