Trainers are very caring and friendly and they help to meet the customers new targets. Loads of machines to work different parts of your body depending on your goal with the help of several friendly trainers. Currently being trained by trainer Nandhu, Mr. Mathew who's very friendly and motivates me enough to push myself to do what is necessary to achieve my fitness goal. And definitely a big thumbs up for them, for the evident progress i have seen.:)
