I have been a regular customer of Laura Saloon for the past three to four years and I have always been satisfied with their services. I have tried various treatments including keratin treatment, botox treatment, pedicure, manicure, and facials, and I have always been pleased with the results. Dilshad did my hair blow dry and flat iron two times.and he did a fantastic job both the times and it lasted really long.will come back again

Got my hair colored.but it lacked perfection.i asked them to recolour as some areas looked as if it had already started faiding.and when my hair dried more such areas were evident
UPDATE. As u hav wrongly mentioned in ur reply. My problem was not that the color started fading after hair wash. The problem was that it wasn't even coloured properly.many areas remained brown after coloring.and even recoloring in the same siting.and still u didnt check it properly. And bcoz my hair was not blow dried.since u told it wud be better not to do it as my hair was curly.i noticed more such areas only after reaching home. Also as u hav mentioned in ur reply. U didn't say a word during consultation.it was only while bleaching my hair u told the color i chose wud fade after 3 or 4 washes.

I had a great experience with Laura Salon. From booking an appointment to getting a nice haircut, everything went really well. The person at reception Shreedas was really polite when I called to book an appointment. Their people skills are wonderful. Gave clear answers to our queries and great suggestions for our hair. Namitha was the one who did my haircut and I am really happy with the output. I felt like they are giving very good care to our hair and listens to our concerns and suggestions. Me and my friend had the haircuts and we both are satisfied. Overall I am really happy with the whole thing.

I did my hair treatment here from last 5-6 years, I tried keratin, smoothening, and also did my first time hair colour also there, this place is so neat and tidy and each of them are fully professional, specially the manager, he always give right advice, and one of the most genuine person he won’t try to oversell any of the services, he will clarify small details also and owner and other employees were also friendly and keeping high standard in customer service. I will definitely suggest everyone Laura for a best hair treatment, this place never disappoint for sure.long term happy customer.

Well i have cut and coloured my hair four times here.i liked it twice.did not lik the haircut other two times.so depends on who handles your hair.pricey.colour options are ok.but not enough.eyebrows were done well everytim.staff was courteous

The place is good and cheap comparitevely. For men the hair cutting is satisfactory but for ladies this is the best place. They give suggestions, it's cheap as well for you people. My sis always goes there moving from Tony n guy which only have a high price tag and doesn't show the outcome of it. So yeah, I suggest this to all my friends. They are not wearing pp kit, which is one drawback right now.

I have been a regular at Laura for about 2 years now. I desperately needed a keratin treatment for my super frizzy hair; went on the first day post the initial lockdown. Without a mask because I forgot one! The staff were super professional and provided me with gloves and a mask. They worked upto 9 hours- on their feet - that day - extending your overtime just to finish my treatment. The treatment had helped me feel better and manage my hair better. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism!

I've done Keratin today and it was a wonderful experience. Went with my damaged frizzy hair but the hairstylist named Shiva did an awesome job Loved the way they treated me so warmly plus Manager was good too. Staff are way too friendly that you won't feel bore I'm in love with my hair I'd recommend everyone to go there ️ And I'm definitely visiting again ️

1st ever salon ever tried in kochi. Good and friendly staff. Just that I was made to wait even after taking an appointment. But over all good experience.

I used to go to another salon chain in Cochin till last 12 - 15 months for hair cutting and colouring. But I was little uncomfortable with the hair colour they used to apply on my hair claiming ammonia free etc. So I wanted to try a different salon for a quality check. I was a little nervous, thinking Laura was a “younger” person’s place. Leo and the staff made me feel welcome, and I was so glad with my experiences for the last one year.

Laura uses authentic l'oreal products as it is not having any pungent smell when compared to the same product which my earlier salon was claiming to be used.

Definitely recommend this place if you want quality products to be used and experience professionalism.
