Le Coffee Resort

Le Coffee is a soothing resort amidst the bustling city of Sulthan Bathery. The resort is neat and clean, with excellent service, facilities and rooms maintained neat and clean. The food is tasty, excellent and quite a large variety. Ample parking space! Going back with a blest experience at Le Coffee.

Morning breakfast is good. Well constructed, nice environment. You can enjoy fogy morning.staff is cooperative. English speaking. Parking spaces good.

Excellent stay overall. The pool was amazinf, the staff is very polite and helpful. Must stay if visiting for the first time

Good facilities, no Mosquito nets though. A quality stay, comfortable beds, nice Bathroom.

Dinner and breakfast were superb, swimming pool is good, rooms were cleaned and maintained

Service for dinner is little slow. Long waiting is there to serve the food for dinner.

Inside the compound of resort, it is very nice.
I was expecting the location at little bit natural place. But it is actually near crowded area.

Excellent place well maintained, very clean, good smiling staff, spacious room. Great experience, except food experience needs to be more enhanced. Overall excellent experience and can visit again given a chance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Le Coffee in terms of spacious room, quick room service, hotel location, clean, hygienic and green campus. Complimentary breakfast is the only thing which restricted me to give it 5 star rating. There are hardly any options in the menu for breakfast that too with very poor service at the restaurant. The food was cold and tasteless.

They are cheaters, if you call them they appear to be the lowest priced but once you confirm your stay they will start surprising you with all hidden charges and you end up paying more than other decent resorts would offer.
Waste of money, waste of time.
The reception or room reservation guy (sagar or nagesh, he will not mention his name) is extremely rude, should be terminated by the property. I am sure he is looting customers beyond and without the knowledge of the property"

Morning buffet is very good. Only disadvantage is with menu for lunch and dinner. Not able to find more dishes as well as traditional dishes. But still good is Gud.

Rooms are good and it's a open property with outfit and indoor activities. View is good in the rooms with inside garden view. Rooms are spacious and clean and property is overall hygeinic.
It has a small swimming pool, good to have a family rejuvenation. There is a badminton court and indoor games.
Restaurant needs improvement. Food is not that good tasting. If you are staying for longer, you may need to you out to eat.

The hotel is very nice. Spacious rooms and clean. However they need to improve on the food and food service. Breakfast timings need to be from 7 am onwards so that tourists can set out on their sightseeing tours. Except for this the infrastructure is good. I didn't see the name of the resort mentioned in front since I wanted to take a picture.

It was a pleasant stay, just checked out today. Josphin and his whole team, reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc in the reception was very cooperative and took care of the guests needs and comforts. Rooms were clean, hygienic. Kids enjoyed swimming, decent breakfast buffet offered in the price they charged for the room. The reservation manager was very rude Mr JOJI, he has no decency of talking. We had booked pool view room and when we checked in we got another room, he didn't communicate with the manager properly and when we called him he says if you want to stay stay or else go out. He had no manners not fit to be in that post. 5 stars for the resort manager and his team. Mr JOJI the reservation manager doesn't deserve to be there.

Very nice and beautiful resort in sultan bathery. It's near to the center itself.
Food in restaurant is average.
Ambience of rooms and resort is very nice.
They have very cleanly maintained swimming pool. Also they have indoor games like TAble tennis board and carrom board.

They have free wifi and parking available.

Best stay you would ever have! Such a humble team to serve us always. Le Coffee deserves 10 Stars. Rooms, service, indoor, swimming pool, reception everything was top notch during my two day stay with a group of 12 members.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very neat and spacious. Food was tasty and their service was good, Especially The manager and reception staffs are polite and friendly we enjoyed our stay.

Average place with not many options, no pool, good staff, food prices are exorbitantly too high and very bad quality, complimentary morning buffet is useless, best to have food outside, zero repeat value

It's is a very good resort for the value. The restaurant here is very good. Serves very authentic Kerala food. But the only problem is their service at reception. The people are arrogant and doesn't understand any language other than Malayalam which becomes difficult to communicate and the fat manager is really rude and arrogant

It's very good but would not recommend it for non veg lovers. But you would have a nice experience, good staff very friendly and is the perfect place to go with family

Too bad resort. No parking for heavy vehicles.no food for drivers & also very bad food for customers. No body stay here.

Not mannered staff.specially that fat man who stay infrunt office.they use chicken, fish & bolied eggs long time keept in coldplace.they use to much chemical on swimming pole and never cleaned water.they haven't bad process for giving water to guest.when you are drinking just smile of glass you can understand.infrunt staff bishnu told me that. I have no time and staff.if you want cheek room wait alone with caring bag.place is nice and in service I found insect and hair. I suggest my they are using expire producd and low quality raw metre.

To bad management.special manager who is full with attitude.the fat man who just say we are workingfor you, but doing allot of request he never be active.actually we went for visit not listing his drama and I think he is there for working his job not playing card.

Nice cozy place for a short stay. Very warm staff & team. Property is very beautiful and well maintained.

Eventhough booked 3 months before for 4 days stay thru Makemytrip and paid fulll amount, our stay for 4 days is not honored by Lecofee Hotel management and Lecofee Staff arranged 2 days stay in another resort.
All this happened on our vacation starting day on landing to Hotel, in short span of time, we couldnt able to find other hotels and have to stay in hotel showed by Lecofee for another 2 days.
The alternative Hotel arranged is Crescent family resort and faced lot of difficulties like FROG in Bathroom and bedroom, gypsy moth caterpillar in blankets/floor, Wall fan with heavy noice (No Ceiling fan, No AC) etc.

Totally disappointed with Lecofee - for their way of handling booking. Beware of Lecofee Hotel and will not recommend to anyone.

The resort and rooms are very spacious and clean. Infrastructure is excellent. But service is pathetic. The front office manager (the fat guy) is very rude and not fit to be in the hospitality industry. He thinks he is doing us a favour. Charges arbitrarily for extra person. Others are well mannered. Room was not cleaned on time and buffet breakfast was delayed by 40 mins. The chicken is not halal as informed by waiter.

This is a budget resort for families and friends. They are couple friendly. The checkin process took only 2minutes. They have indoor games and a swimming pool. Le coffee is a new property hence the rooms and premises are clean and comfortable.

Resort is amazing, it is situated in mid of the city (MG Road). The rooms are very neat and the staffs are very friendly.

The service, facilities & food were excellent. The staffs were very helpful. I liked the design & ambience of the property. Overall it was worth the penny!

Nice ambiance. Cannot be located easily from road front. Swimming pool is nice but it could be fenced for a little privacy. Carrom and table tennis available in club. For quality is good. Room service is good. Rooms are clean, neat and fresh.

Wow. What an experience. Everything was so good. The room is great. So comfortable and cozy. Ambience and maintenance was great. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Well maintained swimming pool. Enough items in play area for a family. Even they have a villa option. So if you're going as a group try that.
But reservation is done by Cochin office so you have to contact them only. Management can consider just this. If booking is available online or directly here then all perfect.

Very well maintained small resort.rooms are good and neat, reasonable tariff.very near to sultan Bathery main centre yet quiet enough to spend the time with advocate facilities.no scenic view from the rooms.we booked in week days so very few people were there.enjoyed the breakfast a lot.hats up to the staff.

Great service, very well maintained and the food at their in-house restaurant is delicious. The location is in the city however so not very picturesque.

Very good resort with friendly staff. Service is a little on the slower side but preparation is good.
Not giving 5 star as pool was not clean but then resort was fully booked. Definitely recommended.

It's a good place, reachable from the heart of the sulthan bathery town. Though, it gives us a calm and serene atmosphere. Good facilities.

Nice resort to stay with family. Located in the heart of the town. Easy access to all tourist spots around Wayand. Entrance is easy to miss. Nice tasty restaurant.
