Big no for the hotel, untrained staff and so the managers here. Except restaurant staff nothing is good in this hotel, I had stayed here for four days and I had some or other complaints from the staff. Initially the staff didn't attend us, even after giving a long text msg to their reservation manager, who didn't bother to reply or solve the issue, the staff asked me to wait till midnight and dint allotted a room to me. In my absence their staff entered my room with their keys. Managers response was so cold, and she wasn't sorry about anything. Just for the view and name sake, I won't recommend anyone to come to this hotel

This hotel provided a disappointing experience on multiple fronts. Firstly, the glassware provided for drinking was unclean, requiring me to request a replacement. Secondly, their lack of knowledge about available dishes led to unnecessary delays and frustration. After ordering starters, I was informed of their unavailability after a 10-minute wait, and subsequently faced a similar issue with another dish 20 minutes later. Additionally, obtaining the bill proved to be a lengthy ordeal, with a notable absence of staff to address the situation. To compound matters, the malfunctioning lift added further inconvenience, necessitating a call for assistance. Overall, this establishment exhibited the epitome of poor service and left a lasting negative impression.

Worst experience one could get at a hotel. The morning breakfast sandwiches gave both of us roommates an upset stomach. Evening dinner shrimps gave us both bad allergies. Apart from the food, the hall and room were full of water leakage odour. The AC in our room wasn’t working and even after two visits from the technician, the problem remained the same. The towel holder and the shower fittings were all broken and hanging by a thread. It was worst than a one star hotel.

We were given a room for the disabled! It was very unpleasant to use the bathroom since all fixtures are mounted extremely low and there is no dry/wet separation. The taps are old and worn out. The sliding doors are messy. The room was more or less tidy, but corridor finishes are worn out. Breakfast buffet was mediocre, and the place had lots of flies!

Lunch served was cold! Waiters far from attentive. Food taste average. Location is good with great view of Cochin from the rooftop.

The best view of vypin you get from the room as well as roof top. One of the best staffs that I have seen these many years. Polite behavior and make all the formalities simple and we feel comfortable. They are ready to hear you anytime for any kind of help. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. Most of the rooms are suitable for family of three or four. You can demand extra bed if needed.

Everything is fine but the management section is really poor. We had to wait one hour because of their internal issue.

Had booked for a smoking room. But they gave us a non smoking room. I had to pay another 1500₹ for the room. I had a conversation with the staff they said they are help us. We needs to pay this amount. The room that they us is very dirty & the glass are broken. It’s a/c and the intercom is not working still I pay this amount.

The service is not to good.

I don’t know what kind of management they’re running.

Centrally located around water body with great view from the top.
Very good in hospitality and courteous staff.
Must try the evening bar.

The rooftop restaurant is beautiful. You will get a perfect view of Cochin city. Food is also tasty.

While the room and bathroom were good, the breakfast buffet fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. The presence of a fly in the dining hall further highlighted hygiene concerns.

Expected some more since being a five star hotel. It was nothing more than a four star. Buffet breakfast was good. Pool was on maintenance.had a good gym. Didn't get time to try their spa.

It's a really nice place to visit during vacations with kids. We are able to enjoy a lot.
