Courteous staff, well kept rooms and ease of self navigation are the key aspects of this hotel. Despite being surrounded by competitors, Le Meridien wins hearts filled with adulation owing to the simple fact that the score on all four As- Affability- Accessibility - Allurement and Awesome services. A must for anyone smitten by travel bug to this part of Kerala- India.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make stay and restaurant more comfortable. Mrs. Shalet helped a lot.

Reducing one star due the swimming pool incident. I was just dipped (We didn't have enough wear. Hence just dipped our legs) my leg into the pool but one service guy (person with around 35 years) came and scolded us to not dip the leg into the pool and he suggested to have a bath.

His behaviour was very rude and not recommended to talk like that. I should have complained against him but considering his family, I didn't do that.

Otherwise Everything looks good.

Event hall Toilets and amenities where not upto mark when compared to their restaurants and rooms. But its average.

Very positive environment all around. Well appointed rooms, good coffee shop and a nice bar plus a very courteous staff add to the experience. The sit out area and the lawn are fabulous spots.

Such a wonderful group of people, and the place is brilliantly done.they are one of the best group of hotels in kerala. The one only thing i found fault is kochi's mosquitoes and its not even their (leMéridien's) fault.i feel the whole of ernakulam needs a better waste management plan.

Situated on a lake it's a beautiful property. The staff is very courteous, the rooms are awesome, the food is very good.

Everything was perfect from check-in to stay, buffet dinner, buffet breakfast. Special thanks to Ashly & Jaya of Club Marriott.

Attended a conference at the conference hall, ample parking, clean premises but food was just average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Covid precautions were adequate.

Booked rooms thro booking.com. It was pouring heavily but valet was unavailable for none of us. We had to find the parking on our own and walk back to the hotel. No proper assistance at the reception. Almost spent half an hour to get the rooms. The breakfast was just average.

Very poor hospitality.in bath room no soap, no dental kit, no Towel, no comb.
Even our call it wil get after half an hour minimum.

Too hygienic.
Good lawn around the restaurant for walking and all.

Quality and taste of food were below average. Never expected this from a 5 star hotel. Not even par with average restaurants in Kochi.

Amazing stay and will remember for a longtime to come. Enjoyed hospitality of Le Meridien, Kochi throughout our three days stay. Food at Latest Recipe alongwith courteous service comes on top of everything. If you ever go there meet Mr Mrinmoy, the Restaurant Manager and the team of chefs Naveen, Gishnu, Rabiyul Khan & Mr Satish Reddy. These people can make the best dishes be it Kerala or South Indian or North Indian or Continental cuisines. If you ever visit make it a point to have Fish Moily and Appam, an authentic Kerala food. Mr Sirsendu Banerjee, FOM made our stay special by attending to all our needs. We even met Mr Deepraj Banerjee, GM of the Hotel and his leadership qualities are evident across all the departments. Hotel is following all the Government regulations with respect to the pandemic and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Hotel is easily accessible from the Highway and the backwater view in dawn and dusk is amazing. Looking forward to our next stay here again. Thank you Le Meridien, Kochi.

One of the old five star hotels in Kerala. It is keeping neat and clean. Beautiful backwater view keeping a pleasant sight to the guests. Rich and tasty food served at a reasonable rate. Of course it is following Covid19 protocol

Worst experience. Staying in the room. Awful room service. One of the restaurant staff’s behaviour was atrocious. The staff informations were contradicting themselves. Never expected this from the standards of LeMeridien.

Had a wonderful stay. Lovely property with vast green landscapes and a lovely view of the lake. Rooms are cozy.

Food is awesome and Chef Jishnu is one of the best. His appam is yummilicious!

General service definitely needs improvement.

We had a wonderful stay here. They are providing best service with covid protocol. Due to covid pandemic, all extra activities are restricted.

Stay at Le Meridien is so awesome. The supporting staff and especially the restaurant staff are so cooperative. Room services are so fast and attendants are being available at short notice. For families, it's so comfortable. The lawn area for evening/Morning walks is sufficient. The quality of food is excellent and providing all orders swell on time. Especially, dealing with the way conduct of Mrs Ruchi is outstanding. She is so helpful and attentive. She is always answerable on each call with good responses. Due to her my stay at this hotel is so comfortable.

It is good and I had a really pleasant stay there. Each one of the staff members were really cordial and loving. I enjoyed each and every second I spend there. And food was really tasty and awesome.
Coming to the ambience i dont know due to coivd i think they didn't maintain their gardens and pool properly.
And the room is not that much spacious as compared to other hotels in kochi.
Staffs are so good.

The positive side of the hotel is, It is having Easy access to metro and other facilities. Away from the hustle of the city.
We can enjoy the river banks and all.
Suggestion is to improve the room organization and maintain your surroundings.
Overall it was good.

Stayed here for a few days with family. It was a great experience. The team took great care of following covid hygiene protocols. Mr. Naveen, Ashwin and Mr. Anirban deserve a huge shout out for going out of their way to help us make our stay memorable and provide the best in class service. Thank you team Le Meridian Kochi! First time experience with Le Meridien and it was simply stunning!
Right at the time of checkin, was upgraded to a better room as I presented my Marriott membership number which. The room given was very spacious and comfortable for 3 guests. Staff at the hotel is very polite, helpful and the checkin was a breeze. The room and bathroom were absolutely neat and clean.
One of the minus point of my stay has to be that the swimming pool was not functional, had that been functional the stay would have been 5/5.
Coming to the food part, Buffett during dinner and breakfast was superb with a very wide spread of dishes in both veg and non veg. Taste of every dish was good and all in all I relished my food throughout.
Would recommend this for anyone who is travelling to Kochi looking for a luxury stay!

5 star hotel in Ernakulam, Having Restaurant, Bar, Rooms, Convention Centre, Party Hall, and having Large area of parking space.

It is the famous hotel in the city with a wonderful ambiance and more than lakhs of happy customers.

I being a strict vegetarian was happy to taste dishes which was very good. The butter nan was awesome. I took 4 varieties of puddings and each one was excellent

The morning buffet here was a Kings treat? They had literally everythinggg. Seeing the food lined up itself will make your hunger run and tummy full. The view around the hall with so much greenery and the big wooden tables, the live waffle section. Everything just gives you royalty feels

The staff is not at all hospitable or forthcoming. Need to understand the very basics of hospitality industry. What a waste of the magnificent property.

I stayed here for a night and trust me they provide the best hospitality. Apart from the dampness smell of the room due to the air con or the old wood everything was pretty good and wortg for the money. To be honest I felt like food is a bit expensive throwaway. But the staff and service are best. The have elegantly furnished rooms. The best part I loved is the landscaper gardens which the hotel is surrounded with.

Nice hotal.staff is very good.only problem is to check in time.we change 4 time due to some work is held on in hotal room like paints and etc.only nilon cloth is allow to swiming pool.pool is clear and clean.food is faboulus.breal fast is very healthy.

Absolutely marvellous.the stage, the decorations and the hospitality are of top notch.if you are looking to conduct a party of high standards then this is the best choice in Kochi.

Good hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. The food has gourmet value to it. Annex and main hotel lobby are two different buildings. Some rooms in Annex do have privacy concerns. You really feel you are in lap of nature with material comforts being provided at the same time. Boat ride to get to annex building is unique. You can access backwaters through the hotel itself.

One of the oldest lexury hotels in kerala, situated near the heart of backwaters, with all the premium facilities, with a best wedding failities, only drawback is the auditorium is not sound proof, during wedding season multiple wedding will be taken place which make inconveniance for people.

Disgusting Hotel!
Everything about this hotel is horrible.
1. Very poor check-in experience. The front desk treats their guests with utter disdain. My luggage reached 45 minutes after i reached the room.
2. For some odd reason they have a wing on the other side of the lake and can only be accessed by a boat.
The boat service is irregular and not on time i once had to wait 10 minutes for something they called a "non stop " service.
3. If you order food please wait for an hour. Because in this wing there is no kitchen. And for everything the hotel staff has been trained to say "we have to come by boat"

I would never recommend this hotel, its location is too far away from the city, food quality is bad, service is poor (not enough towels, toiletries).
PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Really good facility Which could accommodate 1000+ people Le Meridien Kochi provide good parking facility with hotels to stay and good service

Amazing huge main hall, good food. But the food counter shut down even when people were having their food.

Very comfortable accomodation with modest luxuries and plenty room space. Live food counters available with intercontinental and local menus. Good choice for business, family vacation or special events. I have always met international guests at this hotel.
The pricing has been pretty much the same since last two years.

Le Meridien is one of the finest hotels here. It offers a wide variety of services and the hotel is waterfront. If you have more bucks to spend and like luxury you will surely enjoy the stay.

Lovely, sprawling property, allowing a relaxed, laidback and enjoyable stay, with views across the Kochi backwaters, topped off by comfortable rooms, excellent service, a nice swimming pool and an array of indoor games, including a pool table

Went there for the buffet lunch. Quite a large spread in comparison to what is being offered by Marriot! The spread had a good percentage of food that would be likeable, even the continental food had its class and was tuned to our taste unlike the newer business hotels

A place with a very good ambience and the halls are also well maintained. The staff is very polite and courteous.

The event was too widespread.there were multiple venues with out clear directions.how ever the place was clean and the food was good

I had my dinner buffet from their restaurant, it was superb, and their sea food counter was nice.the staff was polite

Ambience is good. Buffet (lunch) is above average. Inside the yard they won't allow us to take pictures. Corporate offers are available. Customer service is good. Overall I had a wonderful experience over here. A better star hotel that we can suggest.

Beautiful ambience, amazing rooms, great food from the restaurants. This is the best venue to hold conferences and other functions in the city.

A little time consuming to reach due to the heavy traffic at kundannoor junction due to obgoing pwd works. Otherwise conveniently located and extremely wonderful ambience and facilities

We are staying here for two nights in the West wing. Dinner tonight was fabulous and plenty of choice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Only disappointment is the weather but can't help that.

Rooms are okkay and food is also okay.
