Very bad software. Didn't get the order in time. The behaviour of the staffs were too harsh and they didn't even admit their mistake. SO, FOR IMPORTANT PARTIES GO SOMEWHERE GOOD.

Nice services, Le-torta is a must try place. The best thing is every day between 4 to 7 evening they have happy hour of buy 1 get 1. On cakes they provide around 20 - 25% discount (not sure, but good discount). Honestly compared to all other outlets with such discount Le-torta is

Best cake shop in kothamangalam. They have variety of cakes. Tried there Belgium dark chocolate so luscious you can feel the real chocolate. No too much sweet though. Fair cost. They have home delivery too.

The cakes that brought were delightful and beautiful and tasted really good. The workers are also really kind and helpfull therefore i recommend their cakes.

I have a good experience with Le torta shop kothamangalam. Very good service. Cake was superb in taste and look.

Overall taste was bad.
Before Serving, they had preheated the cake which made it even worse. And comparing the pricing itself is very high. A single Piece cake costs around Rs 70- 90. And the taste isn't my style.
To be Frank, it's not a must try! Maybe you can give a try if you wish. And if you like the taste, That's good coz what I said was my review and not a general opinion

I have ordered customized cakes many times from Le torta.
They made the cakes exactly same as per the design I provided.
I am extremely satisfied with this service and the home delivery option is highly appreciable during this covid situation.

Beauty is just as important as the taste of the Cake used in special occasions.
The red velvet cake I bought from le torta cake shop had good taste and flavor but It was not well decorated. The handwriting was also not good. A little more attention should be paid to decorating the cake.

*Delivery was delayed by half an hour because of the heavy rain and that's okay.
