Good selection of textiles, ready mades for women, men & children. Also other home requirements like mats, curtains etc. Parking is not available

Today (03/May/2023) I went to Leela Silks, Tripunithura. All Sales staff both males and females are very rude, cultureless and ridiculous. They even don't think that because of customers they are living. I purchased many irems, so I was checking 2 tops are not much similar in colour, then Manjusha the sales girl told me " it is your eyes problem, you check your eyes, both tops colours are different. This sales girl knows that I already purchased items around Rs 5000, all items are in her shopping trolley despite she passed such unparlamentary comments. Don't go there to purchase, you will lose not only your hard earned money but also your proudness, self respect, self honour. If you soend money, spend it in deserving shops

One star because of lady staff though material all good been to Leela opposite bhima jewellers on 4.2.2023 had purchased 4 nighties for my maaa who is short in height sales lady doesn't know where the stuff allocated in pertaining to size well didn't want to raise this but we had such a bad experience with regards to getting it stitched by shop's allocated tailor.sales lady herself went with no proper measurement saying tailor will only fold from down will not cut nor will do side stitching to our surprise tailor not only cut it from down he did not leave space to remove for its length as well as stitched on the side will be going personally never do such things u will loose customer staff need training as to how comfort customers are else do not keep sales lady to show the product better hang it customers can select of their choice when we pay from our pocket we become to choose not to be a victim of getting deprived of our freedom to select

The store runs with minimum staff strength and all of them are vaccinated for coronavirus as per their own admission and it is pasted in the form of a notice - among several others - pasted on the pillar at the entrance gate itself.
The collection of dress material is quite good and the pricing is also fair.
No covid - negative test result or vaccination certificate is necessary as of now to do in-store shopping.
Please do apply hand sanitiser solution and wear double masks before entering the shop. Observe social distancing measures whenever possible.
Please pay your bills using the UPI QR code kept at the Billing counter to avoid any hassle at the time of payment.

Lessons Learnt. Everyone have to double ensure before payment. This experience was quite recent where the sales in charge says to customer “why dont you check the material before you accept” i was stunned by this response. I dont think its an attitude from management But they are accountable to stand up to the trust of any customer walks in. Thanking god as the loss is a meagre amount

One of the oldest cloth shop of the town. Staff are like "if you want you can buy anyway we are getting paid". Thy have pretty good variety of items ranging from baby dress to furnishing.

Only average shop. Good for bed sheets and curtains. Not preferred for shoping like salwars and saris.

Very bad. No AC or fan. They never switch on AC when a customer enter into the shop. Three four times it happened. So we came back. Today a sales lady saying outside also hot know then do one thing you sale your products on the roadside.i never experience such a bad shop.

Worst customer service have ever experienced. Rude response to customer and average quality materials. Limited car parking facility that too inside an autoriksha stand. Not recommended at all because of poor service

Nice shop. Not costly. Most of the items I brought are satisfactory. 3 floors and lot of varieties. Friendly staff. Mostly there will be cash back coupons.

Good collection of apparels however sales and customer service need improvement. The ac was deliberately switched off during low sales hours. Hope some sense get into the management. Ac acts as forced ventilation and switching ac off without providing any fans simply chokes people inside!

They won't turn on A/C in that closed room that's main problem can't stay in that room for more than 15 minutes.

Procured three days before for my daughter's schiol functions.with in one wash total dabric got damaged.wen we came to shop n ask for it there is no reaponse and simply showing rude behaviour to us.we cheated.
This is not a first time.we procured bed sheet 6months vefore an offer sales peraon assured it is Cotton but wen we came to know that is polyster

But my daughter's dress within one wash going like this will not acceptable.attitude of staff is so rude to the clients.wen i asked to see manager level no one came yo meet us.i left my daughter's frock over there.i will raise this my concern to now to u.i m expecting correct answer

The staffs are quite slow and not very responsive. But have to go there again for school uniform. Schools have tie ups with them.

Do not try to stich uniform from leela silks.i went more than 10 time! To correct stitching. Surprice is no one from managment side try to solve this issue. They have tieup with school and emblem.belt and cloth etc are provided by them.utilizing this maximum and explot the customers.
Very bitter experience even one star is high for them

Lacs selection for gents, also need to focus more on accessories. Parking a big problem for the customers

Very bad customer service. They didnt even show us anything.first time the saree was damaged, when we went for exchange also the staff was reluctant to show us more sarees and the cost is also high compared to other stores.

I was suffocating in here, inside this shop with no air circulation at all. No fans, no air vents, no ACs, and doors closed, which made me quit shopping halfway and ran outside to get some air.

The ambiance of the shop is really good however the service is very poor, i bought some items which is worth of INR 27000/ it includes two beds which itself is costing 22500/, i made a full payment and they asked me to wait for two days for delivery, but the delivery delayed and more over the goods has send to my home in local auto and the auto driver has not even helped me to carry the beds from the entrance to home (i am staying in an Appartment), I believe that the meaning of business is creating more satisfied customers but in this shop I felt that the customers are in receiving hand and they are only looking their own money.

Good selection for carpets, bed sheets, Hand towels, etc But good selections are not there for saree and kids wear

Good experience. I went there by 6.40 in the evening. So I felt like the sales girl were in a hurry since it might be her time to leave the shop. But still good collection and good behaviour, good customer service there.

Very old textile show room of the first of kind in the historical city of Tripunithura. Good selection. Almost all type of fashion clothes available. Good shopping experience and well behaved staff. Neat and tidy. Well display. Easy to approach from main road.

Poorly managed.uniform stitching is worst. You won't get a stitched uniform in time.nil customer care. The owner won't listen you in case of a complaint.

Cloths with good quality and reasonable prices are available. Staff especially those at despatching counter is of irresponsible manner. On two occasions I have to go back there to collect my already purchased items. On one occasion they billed for my purchase more. Staff at the counter despatched the items without noticing or ignoring the mistake.
