Better to go relaince supermarket there is no offer in this supermarket and need a better floor management also I got bad experience

Very poor customer support. Some of the staffs are really not ready for helping customers.
They are not not giving atleast a packing cover for their products. Worst experience ever.
Will not suggest to anyone.

Unprofessional service. They really need a good floor manager. Staffs are unaware of product placement and offers.

It's a big shop. But almost all items selling for MRP. Only company printed offer available. We get from our nearby shops for same price and can avoid unnecessary buying. Not recommendable for regular purchase

This place has much place to enjoy shopping. Some items are of low quality which made me to return it.

Very worst customer service.
Dont order products online becoz if we get the product which we didnt order or different product we need to suffer that becoz they will not return or replace the item. I called several times to return my product they cant answer my call or response the whatsapp messages.

Need a good staff for dealing the online order, billing, mainly in customer dealing.

I am having the proof for what they have do with my orders in 2 or more times and i can show them if they need to improve themself…

ഡെലിവറി വളരെ മോശം ആണ്, ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തു പിന്നീട് ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു. Order ചെയ്ത സാദനങ്ങൾ അവരുടെ അടുത്ത് ഇല്ല, വെറുതെ ഓഫർ ഇടുന്നു. Not recommendable. Bad. Unsatisfied.
