Good location, ambience, reception, service, interaction with customers, multicple options for backery and drinks etc.

It is situated in chanthamukku kottarakkara on the side of oyur route. Its ground floor is used to sell bakery items and the first floor is used to dine in. Their products are worth the price and they keep the area neat and clean. There is no space for parking four wheelers and there is a limit for parking two wheelers.

We will get tasty crunchy hot puffs when we go there in the evening. It's really nice and the cakes they give also good. They have a wide variety of cakes.

The cake was perfect and was super moist but the buttercream stole the show! My wife and I have never had any other come close to the flavour in the frosting. Will order again for sure, we have found our speciality cake bakery.

Good varieties bakery items are available at reasonable prices. They make their own products and also other branded products are also available. Some imported products too available.

The food was really amazing. The creamy momos was worth to try but was not able to capture the picture. The mixed fried rice is highly recommended.

One of the oldest bakeries in kottarakara. Usually the food items were very tasty.
Last time when I went to this shop, the place was somewhat crowded. I want to buy 2,3kgs of normal halwa and some other snack items. But unfortunately the halwa I saw there was not good. It's like broken. Not sure why they kept the unpresentable halwa in the shop.

Top most bakery and cafeteria in kottarakkara and nearby areas. One of my favourite bakery in town since my childhood. But last week whe n I visit there was no shakes available what i need (dry fruit shake, fruit punch, froster leaf). That was first time i experienced from lakshmi. May be lack of raw materials. But lakshmi is still one of my favourite

One of the best bakeries in Kottarakkara. Good quality edibles, cakes, deserts and so on for a reasonable price.

That was a great experience. The chechi over there for cake ordering explained everything very well.with good suggestion. Price was low while comparing with others.and the quality was really awesome. We bought few stuffs other than cake and they are keeping the standard in everything.cons: Delay in packing due to huge rush is a problem.

Good bakery with all snack items and have so many branches in kottarakara itself.nice one to suggest.i got my favourite boli sweet from there.

Good food and good ambience in restaurant. But bakery staffs is not good.not customer friendly.

The service here is bad. The food is quite good but the beverages can be improved a lot. Since they lack serious competition in the area, overall quality is sub par.
