A nice boutique in Vadakara where we can get clothes customized. They have good designers who help us out with doubts and help in getting results as expected. But note that not all materials will be available at the store, so you will need to source it from wherever possible and provide them. Works with threadwork and such customisation would take extra time, but otherwise they do provide it quicker and good quality stitching.
