Recently I purchased few silk sets from your store. The price was around 5000, surprisingly the set doesn’t have enough length. Not worth at all

Excellent quality work + timely delivery+ reasonable price. Best stitching I've seen in the Kottayam area. They don't have the best designs but if you tell them what you want they can stitch it well.

Had a very bad experience here. Very poor stitching. I paid them to stitch a long skirt and a top at a stitching rate of Rs 7200 (extremely high) and in the end the dress was not even wearable. Kept going multiple times to get it altered, only end result was that the time spent was wasted. The dress itself was unwearable and the staff extremely unbothered by it. Overall very unsatisfactory. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Poor service at high prices. Also the staff keep blaming the customer for any stitching fault that occurs. I have seen the same in other comments about this place.

Nice collection of sarees and readymades.but price too high.you will see here marvelous collection.of clothes.

No parking area.but sales girl is very helpful in selecting fabrics. They have nice collection of fabrics.

Great place for fashion lovers. You will get materials for stitching Salwars, sarees and many more. Parking in front of the shop is tight, but you have spaces nearby. The salesgirls too are very cooperative.

Annoying attitude by employees and one of the employee kept on making pun everytime she spoke. Comparitively high costs and didn't even provide a carry bag.

Wide range of collection.but lacks sufficient staff for service.if you are so good at selecting material by yourself and have much patience.then only you go head.

I do agree with Ms/Mrs. Jeslin. Such an annoying customer care service experience i had, almost an hour ago with a staff named *MAYA*, that too with the stitching hassles. She was so arrogant that she even told me to go hell with. They make promises but when it comes to keeping them, they just blame the customers just like pointed before. If i had seen the review earlier, i wouldn't have wasted my time. You having a great collection of clothes doesn't give you the right to treat your customers like this. You are supposed to lend us the service, not to make us remind you that we are the ones to be treated with utmost care. Shame on you level 10 for not grooming your staff appropriately.

Their stitching is really pathetic. They don't do what we ask them to it is really terrible. And at the end they blame us. Really poor customer service. They don't even accept their mistake. They don't even do the delivery on time. And moreover they are really very expensive, compared to the work they do.
