But do not take personal training from them if your personal trainer is AMBARISH tall person more than six feet tall my advice to you is stay away from him he is not worth theoney you pay for never says you the diet to follow he need's money for every thing apart from PT expenses, no one I wonder got a complete result from that trainer
. The rest of the ambiance is good

Equipments are kinda short, but the trainer is very gud. It's a budget friendly gym, if ur looking 4 a 5* gym this is nt 4 u, on the other case u wana cut down or gain mass within a budget this is the right place.

I came here as a stop gap since I was on vacation. Jibin was very courteous to get me in a very very moderate fees. Even with equipments he holds, it is having a very nominal monthly fee. Please visit and improve your fitness in life fitness
